Ordered a t-shirt as a Christmas gift, it arrived quickly enough but when I opened it, they had incorrectly sent out a Medium rather than the Large I had ordered.
Emailed them straight away to ask if this could be rectified when they returned to work after the Christmas period (as it was 23rd December I assumed no one would be in the office)
Had no reply from them so emailed again on 11th Jan to chase it up, and got a reply within half an hour telling me how I could go through the returns process on my account, however you don't have to make an account to be able to place an order, and as this was the option I chose at checkout, I didn't have an account to be able to go through the returns process. I told them this, and got no response. I made an account to see if this would help, but my order wasn't listed there. I've since emailed them FIVE more times to get this sorted, all I'm asking for at this point is a refund and a returns label to send their item back to them as I'd rather that than get the correct size sent out, and there's been no response each time.
There's no way to contact them other than their email address which they can clearly choose to ignore; the links to their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter all just lead back to their website page, presumably to stop people from being able to publicly call them out on any of those platforms. It seems as though they went through a phase of replying to people on here, but don't even seem to do that anymore.
Wish I'd read these reviews before buying as I would definitely have stayed away. Can only hope that more people read these before purchasing so they don't get scammed as well. No idea how they're still in business to be honest given the amount of negative reviews on here, and presumably the hundreds of other experiences people have had with them that haven't been documented here.

Orders take too long and there is no way of getting in touch with them as their email address doesn’t work and never get an answer and they never let you know the state of your order I’ve been waiting since early November and still nothing won’t be using again

Placed order 1st January was told expected delivery between 5th and 8th of January, finally received item on the 25th of January. I emailed company twice with no reply I understand delays but confirmation of delays would of been appreciated so would not use company again. Quality of t-shirt though is very good and pleased with item

4 weeks from ordering and no sign of my t shirt - 2 emails ignored this week too. Poor.

My order has not turned up, i have emailed another 2 times and still no one has got in touch. Totally disgusted with the level of service. i hope this will get resolved and i will not order from you again.

Still not received t shirt ordered on 22nd November. No response to my emails still. Want a refund as was an Xmas present and had to buy from Amazon instead which came in 2 days. Waiting 2 months with no response is really not acceptable. Guess I’ll have to claim on credit card.

Great product, took longer than expected to arrive, could have been couriers at fault! Overall very good- Thanks for my order!

Delivery slow but that was royal mail issue. Product looks good and is good value for money

Good Points:
T-Shirt was as advertised and is decent quality so happy in that respect.
(Minor) Negative Points:
The package arrived a week and half later than the latest advised date on the order confirmation email.
When I emailed to politely ask if they could provide any info on why my order was running late I've had no reply 4 working days later.
All in all a so so experience but was worried when I came on here to check reviews

was quite worried reading the reviews but i waited and my t shirt did arrive. was about two weeks later expected, but it did definitely arrive and the item is fine. if you don’t want to wait awhile maybe just avoid, but the site isn’t a scam and your item will get to you.

Arrived over a week later than stated but quality of product was good.

They took the money for the order, never received an email confirming the delivery time or date. Ordered at the beginning or January emailed last Friday no response, no update I would say awful service but I haven’t had any. I’ve basically paid for nothing. absolute scammers. Do not use this company

The package was supposedly sent on the 7/1 and as of the 19/1 it still hasn’t arrived???

Order placed on the 4th January 21 for 2 tshirts. Received an email stating order completed, yet no delivery of the tshirts as yet. I have contacted Rockmerch to ask for an update as we are looking forward to receiving the items.

I ordered an item on 25th December. It was estimated by them that it would arrive between 6th and 8th Jan. It is now the 18th, the parcel hasn't arrived and they simply blame Royal Mail. All correspondence received is both rude and sarcastic and they have stated that they do not care about negative reviews as they see it as customers trying to punish the company. If they address customer service and provide more accurate estimates of delivery they would receive far fewer bad reviews. Don't use.

I am writing here in the hope this company will take notice and reply, since it seems impossible to get an answer from them to my many emails.
I have ordered an item on the 1st of Jan and I am still waiting almost 20 days later, despite the estimate they gave me was “5th until the 8th of Jan” - if I had read the reviews earlier I would have not bought from them. Apparently this company is borderline scam as well as their customer service being rude and completely out of order to customers who according to the law should be protected and supported when things go wrong and items go missing. None of that seems to be particularly important to these con artists who blame the customers for not reading the fine print (WHAT COMPANIES SEND ITEMS NOT RECORDED IN 2021?) or worse, blame the overstretched Royal Mail. But is it the Royal Mail’s fault that they don’t even answer to their emails? I don’t think so. And is it the customer’s fault if they trusted this company to be like ANY OTHER serious, trustworthy company which assists their customers and give them a tracking number and proof of postage? Well, if you are reading this ROCK MERCH - just give me my money back. You’ve already ruined my boyfriend’s birthday so get it over with and do the right thing.

Placed an order on 7th December and stated guaranteed delivery with 5-7 days from date of completion email. Still nothing arrived, contacted the company who responded to my email, i felt very rudely basically saying that they had sent my order and it was royal mail's fault. I'm sceptical now after reading the reviews on this site. Not happy at all and will not be using or recommending this site to anyone. UPDATE: i have sent 2 further emails to the company stating I want a refund as the item has still not arrived, ordered 7th December we are now on 17th January, no one has replied to these emails! very very unhappy, trading standards will be my first call on Monday morning! Shocking service! I'm disgusted with some of the responses you have given to the customers on site, I think some customer service skills are needed and fast, will be contacting bank also to try to see what they can do!

Ordered for a birthday gift on 3 Jan, based on delivery was 6-8 Jan & her birthday was the 11th. Still not arrived. Found customer service sarcastic, quite accusatory & now have one disappointed niece. Blamed Royal Mail delays, which I know can happen with Covid, however, other items I’ve ordered have had no delays. Doubt I’ll ever get the product, doubt I’ll ever get a refund. Know I’ll NEVER use again! I should’ve read reviews by other customers first (benefit of hindsight) as it seems the majority think this company are pretty awful! I agree!
