They say they delivered my package. Not to my house, I never recieved it. The USPS knows where I live, never have delivery issues with them. This company says it "delivered", no proof, no photo. It was Ice & Snow for 3-4 days. There is no way it could have delivered. THEY SUCK, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

These shirts are great,yes they have taken a long time to come,but overall awesome t shirts and worth the wait .thanks guys .best Gary.

Well, I did manage to get my order after some time. The gear is in good condition, and I'm very pleased for the back patch (Extermination dismemberment) and the scarf.

Ordered a shirt and never received! Total scam!!! Avoid!!

Bought some Ts which were of good quality but sizing of two was wrong. Bought a medium which turned out to be for a 5yr old. Sent the Ts back as per instructions on the website. Heard nothing more. Emailed, even found a phone number and called. Person answered phone told me they'd sort in half an hour, not heard anything since. Total and utter con.

Wish I check these reviews before I purchased. I'm out $37 never to be seen again. Happy that's all I spent. Ordered a shirt and never received. Antagonistic emails from the vendor. Stay away, far far away from this company. They will not refund and only give you store credit. They are just plain thieves of our money.

Total scam, I used clearpay and brought 3 hoodies, I recived 1 and that's it (something about the others dispatched from a diffrent warehouse) I got a message about sending replacements if they track where the others have gone but that was a week ago and my other messages since have gone un-answered please stay away from them as they are not legitimate and you will struggle to get the items or money back

Thieving scumbags! I had to get my money back from my bank. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. Nothing ever arrived. Every time I was asking, I got bad excuses. Rip offs!

Had to go through my bank to get my money back from these scamers. Its been 6 weeks since I ordered the Tee and no joy on any email response and no phone number to call. Total scam site, pissed as it was a birthday pressie and that person never got a gift, feels so much time has passed now.

Scam company, save your time and money and dont order. Payment was taken, goods never delivered and no response from customer service emails - my bank had to claim the money back to refund me. Also trade under biker-rings.co.uk, a few Wu Wear websites and probably a whole lot more. Do yourself a favour, check the footer and if it is part of the RockMerch brand then dont order from these thieves.

It’s just a scam shopfront site. There is no merchandise and no customer service. Watch out for Jewellery Bargains or it’s jewellerytreats web address which is another of the sole director’s bogus online shopfronts. The director and his scam sites have been reported to Action Fraud as well as the credit card companies on which they rely

Placed order on 1/2/22, got an order dispatched email on 13/2/22 & nothing since despite emails. Angry & disappointed.

Update 23/3/22 - still nothing!

Like many, many others, been totally scammed by this company. Goods not recieved but account on website states 'Order Complete', No reply to emails. Thieves.

Avoid - goods will not arrive!

And report them to the police for fraud. If enough people do hopefully it will make a difference.

Sadly I ordered from this company before I read any of the reviews on them. As stated by many others the goods did not arrive. I sent 3 emails asking for updates but had zero response. I then sent an email quoting consumer rights etc (there is a template via "Which" that is for this very reason) again no response. As such I contacted my bank and they were brilliant. A simple online firm to complete and they refunded me. To be honest it was only £11.99 so not about the money but if this company are doing this over and other then they are making big bucks by ripping people off. Bank aware of trust pilot reviews and that they appear to be scammers and they have been reported. Basically stay clear you will be ripped off and will need the bank to seek redress and refund.

This website is a scam - goods never arrived. How are they still allowed to operate? They're literally ripping people off. DO NOT buy goods from here.

Like many on here, ordered & never arrived, countless e-mails but nothing. If anyone else is stupid like me, get in touch with bank, they will try and help. Fortunately my order wasn’t big but it’s not the point. I wouldn’t buy from here 😡
