Just like everyone else, i wish i had read the reviews. No contact telephone, no response to emails. NO GOODS! Perhaps it's time we all contacted Mr Carl Harris, the director. I shall be contacting trading standards, Watchdog and Rip off Britain. I will also contact my bank about the transaction and I won't rest until these rogue traders are brought to justice.

Purchased the deluxe vinyl Generation X box set from Rockmerch. Took them Forever to ship my purchase. They do not return messages so mark them down for poor communication as well. Left Rockmerch a neutral review on their website but they didn’t upload the review. Guess they only approve 100% reviews. Happy with the box set and they packed it well for shipping. Heads up once they have your money they won’t ship your purchase for weeks and they don’t return emails. Cheers…

Absolutely fuming ordered from them a couple of weeks ago and nothing has come back. 30 pounds I just do not have to lose right now. Scum. Emailed them and nothing back. Gutted

Absolute scam! Wish I'd read the reviews first before ordering a t-shirt which never turned up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

If a zero star rating was available, that’s what they’d get. 100% CRAP. Order taken, nothing received. No contact details Nothing but, thieves. If they were on the high street, took your cash & handed you an empty carrier bag, it would be illegal. So, why are they getting away with it online? They are accepting payments into an account somewhere. Why are they still trading. Thieving,Bastardz.🖕🏻

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Have been waiting since 8th June for my order. I emailed the company but no reply.🤷‍♀️.

Terrible experience. Half the goods didn't arrive. Track n trace says things were delivered but weren't. Response from firm was just unhelpful ignorance. The tracking system used needs rectifying.

The T-shirts ordered that did actually arrive were sent in separate parcels and each needed EU import tax paying as they were sent from the US or UK. The import tax was more than the t-shirts cost. There should've been a warning of this on the website. The whole order should've been sent in one parcel.

I'll not use this company again as a result.

DO NOT order from this company.
It seems it's a hit or miss with your item turning up.
If you're lucky enough for that to happen, but need to return it, you're gonna be out of luck.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to sending my money . I ordered a t shirt 5 March .. they have taken the money and no contact despite many emails. How are they allowed to get away with this disgusting

I ordered a t-shirt over 40 days ago and haven’t had anything since; not even an email back. Please avoid using this website for now.

Order never arrived. Took my money and didn't answer any emails. DO NOT buy from this website as they will ignore you and keep your money. Rubbish.

Ordered wrong size t shirt. Sent it back and I’m still waiting on a refund. Contacted their sales department numerous times regarding the matter and no response. I would advise buying from them. Incidentally the t shirt cotton quality wasn’t very good either.

placed an order on 12th feb, received it on 19th. once i’d opened my parcel i noticed the print on the hoodie didn’t match the image they were supplying on their website, even though they claim all band merch to be “100% fully licensed”. do correct me if i’m wrong, but i was under the impression this would mean it’s official approved merch by said artists? well that was the first red flag.
i had seen photos of this hoodie before and knew the band didn’t stock this on their own merch website anymore, so thought how cool it was that this website had managed to get hold of some of the stock and sell it. just to double check this was essentially the wrong item, i emailed to query the image on their website vs. the print on the hoodie i had received. i didn’t get a reply for 5 days so i thought maybe they’re just busy, i’ll send it again. to my surprise they replied minutes after sending the email again, blaming their supplier for the image mix up.... totally not because you’re actually printing these hoodies yourself and slightly changing it so the band can’t sue you, no?
i replied, this time asking for confirmation that there’s no point exchanging as they’re all going to be the same, however i didn’t receive a reply.
so because of this i decided to return the hoodie and get my money back, thinking that would be the easiest option. i returned the hoodie on march 18th at my local post office using next day tracked delivery (which you have to pay for - free returns is something they obviously don’t include because they want you to waste as much money as possible on them), using the tracking number to see they did indeed receive the parcel the following morning.
after reading their returns FAQ on their website i knew it would take about a week before i got my money back, however to not even receive an email to say they had received my return seemed a bit off so i decided to email them a week later, explaining that i’d sent my item back and i’m now wondering where my refund is.
obviously - no reply! i sent 3 emails, three days in a row saying i’ll give them a week to reply/refund before i take legal action. it was after that last email i decided to google this awful company, find this website and read through all the other reviews of people having the same experience with them and so i decided to contact my bank straight away to see if they could help in any way at all. thankfully within 24 hours barclays were able to put the money back in my account! if anyone’s having the same issue i recommend contacting your bank, and hopefully all the bad reviews on here will put this terrible company out of business!

I requested a exchange from this company after returning an item. No replies or updates for over a month.

Please, if you are having problems with this company report it to consumer rights! I returned an item of clothing in December as per their returns policy and still have not received my refund. Every e-mail I sent since December asking about this has been ignored, until I sent the e-mail with help from consumer rights, in which case I received an instant reply. If more people report this company then they will no longer be allowed to take advantage of consumers.

ordered a t shirt on the 6th March for my husbands birthday on the 25th. still not received it and now past his birthday. you need to sort this asap - your business is going down the pan with these awful reviews - contact me asap
