Great product, fast delivery
Great product - this is my second pair of the lazy laces sneakers as the first pair were so comfortable - fast delivery. Perhaps a cheaper option for standard delivery would be helpful though.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my wellies and the customer service was excellent. Katie resolved the issue very quickly. The wellies are good quality which is needed as an equestrian as I spend most of my time in wellies.

Disappointing sandals and customer service
I am so disappointed with my sandals. I rarely write reviews but these sandals are awful.
I bought Rockfish Kendal 2 strap sandals in June. The first wear gave me really nasty sores as the underside of the leather straps were rough in texture and all rough along the edges. I contacted the company to return but they completely ignored me. I sanded down the edges and underside myself and have had a few weeks wear from them.
The leather straps started to give a bit last week so I tightened them up only to find the metal had stained the white leather a dark green colour.
On top of this, the footbed got wet after a trip to the beach and now makes the soles of my feet orange every time I wear them.
Save your money and buy a different brand.

Original White 745 Ladies low top, lazy-lace canvas sneakers for women
Rockfish popped up on my social media and ever sceptical I did my research. I could tell from the comments on the FB post/quality of the website and products that it was genuine. I ordered around 3am Friday and had my trainers by 6pm the Saturday!
Trainers are excellent quality and fit perfectly.
Just brilliant - keep up the good work!

Hi Ruth, thanks for your review, the reason your delivery appeared slow, is that you ordered a pre-delivery item, estimated delivery was the first week of July and your sandals were dispatched on the 4th July on a next day service. Its possible that you didn't notice, they were out of stock when you ordered. Anyway at least you were happy with your Kendall sandals when they arrived, glad you liked them.
