I can't recommend these guys…
I can't recommend these guys enough...both Nick and Jamie was an absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish...and went above and beyond and got me the best deal they could for my new car...I drove 850 miles round trip to collect my car and would definitely buy from them again.

Where do I start firstly a big thankyou to the whole staff Nick ,Jamie and Graham they cant do enough to help you very sociable and accomodating .The service they give is second to none and are very friendly not like others who once they have got your money arnt bothered.They have an excellent set up and plenty or nice cars.Give them a go you wont be disappointed they are well worth a visit.Good luck to rockcliff cars for the future you deserve it

Communication via email, ‘phone and text was extremely quick. All questions answered with minimum of fuss. Car was also delivered to me (a wee distance North!) which was much appreciated.

Great customer service
When we came to pick the car up there was an issue resolving transferring payment, this was eventually resolved.
Jamie was very patient/supportive despite the fact that the transfer wasn’t resolved until after normal closing time.
The customer service, pre sale prep of vehicle are indicative of a 5* experience. Thanks for the tea too Jamie.

They also had excellent knowledge of the cars i was interested in and helped me make the correct decision which was very honest as i went for the lower priced vehicle as it suited my needs better. From my first contact to after sale had gone through, they could not have been more helpful or professional. I would honestly advise anyone to get in contact with them if looking for new vehicle.

Having done some significant research I found the desired Mercedes I wanted at an excellent price, I made the 70 minute trip to see the car the car and was not disappointed!
I was made to feel valued and the car was spot on so I bought it there and then.
