Fast delivery helpful staff will be back

Delivery stated 1-3 days but after 2 weeks I emailed asking where my items was. Was told an issue in dispatch was the problem. Another week later my parcel arrived. Fast response when emailed but took 3 weeks for parcel to arrive.

Excellent advice, guidance, and definitely friendly, even under the busy conditions of a packed saturday. a sure shot that ill be back soon for my next plane upgrade (F-14 or the F-15 haven't decided yet)

Usually really good but dispatch time on my last order was over 6 working days

Absolutely terrible customer service. Took almost two weeks to realise they were out of stock of my order, then paid for an upgrade that was to be processed and sent out Wednesday and heard absolutely nothing. Supposed to be a lovely gift for a specific day ordered well in advance and still none the wiser.

Allways a great help with any rc issue

Consistently the best price for RC parts even before taking the free delivery into account. I've used them many times and only had an issue with something not arriving when expected once. As soon as I contacted them they were on the case.
They also always put a packet of Haribo's in which is a nice touch.

Awesome RC shop, best in the country by far.

Terrible company to deal with! worst rc purchasing experience we’ve had both me and my son! Have to chase for our orders to be then told to email for order updates and refunds! This has happened every time we have ordered from them but gave them chances after chances! Want trouble free purchasing go elsewhere! STAY CLEAR!

Great shop and good prices! I've been using Rochester RC for over a year now and it's my go to shop for spares.

Awesome team here, best RC shop in Kent. Whenever I go here I feel welcomed and the staff and happy to help you without rushing. You don't get that vibe that they just want your money and want to you leave, you also don't get that treatment at other shops though I won't name and shame. They even gave me free next day delivery when I told them I'll collect instead but changed my mind. Good caring people these guys. People like these guys deserve success going the extra mile to help people.

Received in good time.

Item listed as in stock but wasn’t actually in stock. Then took ages to dispatch the part of my order that was in stock. I’m giving 1 star because the website still list the part I need as in stock when it’s not and they are aware of this but have been bothered to change it to out of stock.

Edit. How disingenuous these people are they tried to flag my review as harmful or illegal content. Thank you trust pilot for reinstating my review.

Very quick the only thing is on you Webb site it says the the winch has 3.5 rotations it has 4.24 so I have know idea how I can use it

Worked out far cheaper to get the part from RC Rochester than obtaining from the Manufacturer. And they threw a little bag of sweets into the packaging also 😆 Which was nice of them.
