Money pit!!!
Rochester’s model shop just got a lot better! Fantastic new premises, more space, more kit and the added benefit of coffee; same brilliant customer service and advice.

Really first class customer service
Really first class customer service. No quibble replacement of item sent in error at their cost, which they did not have to do. Very helpful staff so I will be shopping there again.

The help and support from this company is unparalleled! they got me a new ESC and put put the relevant plugs on for and had it on my door step for the following morning!
I will only but my parts and future trucks from these guys !

I couldn't believe how helpful they are.
Honestly I couldn't believe how helpful Pedro was. I told him I wasn't so sure about battery's and charging for the cars I'd bought and the guy makes me 3 step by step videos on exactly how to do it. Absolute superstar thanks Pedro and thanks Rochester Rc

Best RC shop in the country
Amazing choice of RC vehicles and spares. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The Cafe within the shop is fantastic. It feels more like visiting friends than going to a shop. The website is also brilliant with fast, free delivery.

Very very good
I've both popped into the new shop, and had stuff delivered.
The shop is brilliant, great stock, a coffee counter, a workshop, tonnes of stuff on display, all the folk who work in it are friendly and knowledgeable.
The mail order is exactly what you want. Well priced delivery, properly packed.
My new go to for RC

The best RC shop in Kent
What a great shop, such helpful and knowledgeable staff.
My husband got into RC Cars at the beginning of the year, we went round all the shops and OMG how rude and unhelpful all the shops in Kent were! We stumbled into Rochester RC, they certainly have restored our faith in people working in this field.
We would recommend them day and night. Thank you for caring, sharing your vast knowledge, being so very helpful and not being rude, belittling or dismissive to a new comer. 😊
