These were the worst landlords I’ve ever had. They do not care about students at all , just use them for money. We lived in black mould for a year, and were told to just wipe the mouldy paint off the walls which was falling off from damp. My flatmate contracted eczema from the mould, which lead to infection and a cyst which had to be surgically treated (the doctors said it was from mould induced eczema). Emails asking for any repairs were ignored for months. For example broken back door which led to slugs coming into the bedrooms and all over the carpets. They couldn’t even fix a broken fridge handle they just ignored our emails about it the entire year. The following year we moved out and had Bristol student lets which i can’t recommend enough , they were amazing and fixed everything on the same day and actually cared.

We've been delighted by the support and guidance given to us as we have become landlords for the first time. Vicky and Kay couldn't have been more helpful, sharing her experience and wisdom and steering us through the process, making it work for both us and the tenants. Highly recommended.

Do not use RK for renting- They will attempt to take as much of your deposit as possible.
They tried to use OLD photos from before we moved out/finished cleaning before we showed our own proof photos.

They also don't really care about inconviencing you. There was scaffolding blocking our only exit/entrance and had no intentions of moving it until i had to talk with safety and legal.

If you're renting with them make sure you have photos of e v e r y t h i n g not just the whole rooms either get close ups. & Get everything in written proof and screenshots.

Update: They will also start harassing you by email when you leave your review :)
