impolite and infrequent

I agree with the previous negative reports — there are no goods, no estimates, no feedback, and no contact with the customer. The only person who responds, and only after being asked, is Oleg Jakovlev (his replies are impolite and infrequent).

This dumb dog sends my package to a AREA CODE instead of my adres that i gave him.

Now my package is wandering around somewhere and i lost couple hondred euros .

Ich hab gute Erfahrungen mit Roba (roba.ee) gemacht.
Ich hatte ein paar Fragen zu ein SSW und die wurde mir präzise und auch sehr schnell beantwortet. Auch Fragen zum weiteren Verlauf wurden verständlich erklärt.
Roba hat auch einige lokale Geschäftsstellen, also ist kein reiner Onlinehändler. Das finde ich sehr gut.

ganz schlechte Kommunikation. Inhaltlich falsch und falsche Schuldzuweisungen. Der Leute sagen die gleiche Unwahrheit. Der Kunde ist König, aber wir sind Kaiser. So wird es nix. Wer dort kauft ist selber schuld.

You were leaving the same review in google reviews too. We kindly asked you to send us an email with your problem, because we do not have any messages from you on our email and chats. We also never have an order from you.

Our communication cannot be bad because we have email, chat on website, Facebook page and phone number.

We always in contact with all our clients with their issues.

Pretty sure you keep creating new profiles to keep faking reviews and you keep doing this everywhere!

Good afternoon,

We were surprised that there was such a problem with the packaging of our goods when we send goods quite often and have no problems before. We would also like to note that the product that was sent to you did not have any damage, only the box.

We were also wondering why, when you received a broken package you did not contact the courier immediately. Instead you decided to write to us when you got home. For this reason, we were unable to provide anything to the courier company to receive compensation. They must see what kind of damage it was in order to compensate.

After our response about the refusal to reimburse the fee for the broken box, you wanted to return the product, but never returned it and continue to demand compensation. However, we were ready ro receive it back even with a broken box (but goods inside must be same clean and unused as it were).

En me fiant à l'avis de Trustpilot, j'ai commandé 3 produits en date du 11/Janv/24 (159,69€).
Tout d'abord, sur le site, j'ai pu avoir des infos sur les produits et les conditions.
Je paie. Je reçois dans la foulée le "invoice", puis une alerte de l'envoi, par mail. Tout commençait donc très bien.
Et puis, ensuite :
Ne voyant rien venir, j'essaie de me reconnecter au site. Or, j'avais oublié mon mpd. Je le redemande sur le site (suis toute la procédure, qui s'achève par on voue l'envoie par mail pour le réinitialiser... mais rien. JE répète l'opération plusieurs fois, sur plusieurs PC, Mac, Téléphone; plusieurs sytème d'exploitation... Rien !!).
Je parviens à trouver l'adresse email de Roba. Et j'envoie un mail.
Je reçois un mail (qui mystérieusement) ne s'affiche pas (ça me dit que j'ai un mail nouveau; mais impossible de le voir...)
A l'origine, je souhaitais un lien pour suivre le colis.
Je viens de me rendre compte que j'avais eu une réponse lunaire... Le produit n'aurait pas pu prendre l'avion car gaz sous pression (j'achetais une bombe lacrymo), il serait donc retourné chez eux. Je peux recevoir le reste, mais il faut que je repaie le port !!

Mes griefs :
1. J'ai passé du temps sur le site avec le chat et on m'a confirmé que l'envoi était possible
2. Je n'ai pas de lien pour suivre le colis
3. Je ne reçois pas les mails venant de roba
4. Si je n'écris pas, personne ne donne signe de vie
5. On me dit maintenant qu'il faut que je paie pour un envoi
6. Je ne parviens pas à réinitialiser mon mot de passe du site
ARNAQUE A FUIR : 150€ foutus en l'air !

Thank you for your feedback. We will try to describe the situation and describe how we solved it for you.

First of all, you ordered the defence spy to France from our store locating in Estonia (what is very far away). That is why, at the end of our order check out form - we have a special condition which you have to read and confirm. The term is about that you (as a client) take full responsibility for delivery and usage of 18+ products. Because we do not know all the rules when client order that far away from us. We are small family business in Estonia.

Second, As you might not know, but delivery companies never tell to companies how the order will be delivered. In your case delivery company choose delivery by air (instead of by car) and in this case defence spray cannot be sent by air because of pressure inside of the plain. Basically it can be exploded inside of the plain.

Third, Once we received this information from delivery company we straight sent you an email with this problem, which seems you didn't receive or got it in the spam. We have a proof of sending this email to you.

Fourthly, once you got information, we explained to you that you can take defence spray out of your order and send it again OR we send you money back without delivery. Because we already paid this money to delivery company and also we paid fees for the return.

Finally, when we call you and explain you once again, you confirmed that you will take money back and you received it.

We really sorry for this inconvenience, but this happened not because of us but because of the delivery company. That is why we have specific term to confirm inside our check out form for 18+ products, when you order outside of Estonian Repuclic.

Fast shipping, but I have strong doubts about their products, taken elsewhere they are much better. The gas pistols arrived with scratches, without cleaning brushes, dust and without orange cap. lighter than the originals, I don't know why ... NEVER AGAIN

Spedizione veloce, ma ho dei forti dubbi sui loro prodotti RETAY, presi altrove sono nettamente migliori e più pesanti. Arrivate le pistole con graffi, senza scovolini per pulizia, tanta polvere e senza tappo arancione. più leggere delle originali comprate poi in dalla Germania, non so perchè... MAI Più.
Inutile segnalare la recensione come degli stolti.
Inutile trovare giri di parole per una pessima qualità.

Qui rimarrà per SEMPRE!

I tried to find your problem in our history, but couldn't. We have a photos of products and descriptions on the page of the product. If you have any questions before buying you always can ask us in the chat, email or by phone.

Also, I would like you to know that some regions have different products even if the product is from the same brand. Especially such difference might happen with starting pistols as each country have own law and regulations. That is why before making an order in our online store we have mandatory field for 18+ products "Our products are in law with Estonia Republic". You cannot make an order without reading and confirming it.

Also, if you have problems with a products you always can send it back based on 14 days policy.
