I couldn't imagine my purchase experience going any better than it has. Bree Hewitt kept me informed at every step. (although there weren't too many steps, and they were a Bree's). There was very little paperwork along the way.

This was my first experience with a lease buyout. After visiting the closest dealership I was left with a very sour taste…the dealer did not want to help me. I called Chrysler Capital who forwarded my call to this company. The person who answered the phone was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. I got a great rate and payment. Would definitely recommend.

I had never leased a vehicle before. I had company cars every 3 years for 30 years that the company had leased. I was confused on how the protocol worked. Bree guided me through it step by step. Her caring and compassion never wavered through the entire process. I had many questions that she answered for me one at a time. I felt like I was working with a "friend" that was helping me. Bree is an exceptional lady that Santander is very lucky to employ.

This place scams people out of there money. Bree Hewitt came off nice at first and there was a bunch of lies and scams tied to her. Chrysler capital, road loans, and Santander consumer use are all the same company and they do no simplify switching from a lease to a buy out option. be careful.
