Went in to look at a car, Bought it the same day
Went in to look at a car got made to feel very welcome, process was quick and simple they also was fair on the part exchange price of my car Scott Dealt with me and was very helpful Charles Rix also give me some good news as they had placed a new turbo on the car before collection witch was a nice touch. All amazing staff made buying a car very enjoyable.

I have recently purchased a lovely Jaguar from Rix, the process was made very easy with issues, Scott the salesman covered all the necessary paperwork all I needed to do was sing the dotted line.
The car was well presented, spotless at the point of collection.

BMW M4 Comp - Great buying experience
I had an amazing experience buying my BMW M4 from Ric Motors. From the moment we walked in, we felt valued and taken care of. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — nothing was too much trouble. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. But also never pushy and left me in peace while I had a good look around the car. Not on top of me, like some salesman can be.

Outstanding customer service from the start, offering an umbrella in the rain,after a brief introduction from Alistair, we were left to look at the car's at our own pace.
