Just a slight delay on delivery, but following a chase email it was communicated immediately and arrived a few days later.

Visited the shop to check the quality…
Visited the shop to check the quality of the Amalfi sofa set. The weave is as thick as shown in the images. The staff are very nice in the showroom and will come back in November to order when they arrive.

SHOCKING !!!
I ordered a garden set ,4 chairs and square table , cantilever parasol ( advertised as bonus free) , water base weight , parasol cover and it came with a free table & chairs cover ,
Took ages to arrive then only part of order arrived ROUND TABLE & 4 chairs .. lots of messages via the Chat bot to return the round table and replace with SQUARE TABLE which I ordered waited another few weeks (DELIVERY WILL BE TODAY ) no communication and no delivery .. chat bot again .. Delivery company had damaged the SQUARE TABLE !! I image they broke the glass top , did not deliver any of the missing items more chat bot and I asked for confirmation via email of delivery on A New Square table , .. no delivery of communication , then I receive an offer if I keep the Round table they will refund me £125 .. still missing Cantilever parasol parasol cover and water weight base .. FINALLY I RECEIVED THE REST OF THE ORDER WHICH TOOK WEEKS WHEN ADVERTISING 7-10 days more like weeks . , Summer finished now so not unpacked the cushions, left parasol in the box ..
honestly don’t bother with this company Absolutely useless , unprofessional , poor communication and customer service plus clumsy delivery drivers .

Dear Nicola, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I’m very sorry you had such a poor experience with us. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and I can only apologise that we fell short on this occasion. We do use a 3rd party courier and unfortunately they damaged the glass on your replacement table. As it was the last one in stock we offered you a partial refund to keep the round table instead of the square table, which you accepted. I am sorry again that we did not meet your expectations but hope you are pleased with the quality of your furniture and I am confident you will get to enjoy it for many years to come.

We purchased the Miami rise and fall sofa set. Delivery was within 10 days and the quality is amazing. Drivers J and Peter really helpful and put the set in the garden. Laura and Stu W. A++
