The hedgehog feeding station was made and dispatched promptly. It arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as the website suggested.

The hedgehog house is wonderful, good quality and perfect for my rescue hedgehog.
However, I asked for the quickest delivery, adding the extra £2, ordered on the 17th not delivered till late on the 24th March.

They responded quickly to my query about the ‘cages’, they make the tables themselves and still manage to do all the admin, it took not much more than a week to arrive (although longer than we expected) and it is well-designed and made.

Ordering was easy , bird table when it finally got here is lovely . 5 stars to Riverside WoodCraft but 2 stars to the devilery company. They recieved both packages but dis-moi deliver them to me on the same day, 3 days between first and second package 😔

Ordered a bird table on 28th December and ticked ‘no rush’ delivery. Really good communication informing of build date and dispatch. Informed a few days before the due date that there was a delay due to weather conditions affecting supplies. Being given a heads up was good, but when the item had still not been dispatched on 14th January I had to contact Jade & Chris. DHL had not collected the item due to flooding but Chris chased them and it was collected on Friday 16th with delivery to be on Saturday 17th. Tracking was good on DHL and courier arrived with just 1 parcel. The other would follow. It arrived on Monday, damaged open box but luckily the contents were ok so we could finally build the table. It’s a well made and solid table and we would definitely recommend the product. What let the experience down was DHL. They may be cheaper than other couriers but I feel that they are reflecting negatively on this small business. Excellent product and would certainly come back if delivery was sorted.

Bought a hedgehog feeding station, with attached floor. Easy to keep clean. Has been in the garden, in all weathers for 9 months, still looks like new. Excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommended.
