theres no option for returns i want my money back and have to wait to get a response hopefully its not before the return date then im stuck with the product that i dont want

Wow this has got to be the first time I'm shocked. Just received my new toothpaste today, we've been using Rise Well for over 2 years now and only now noticed the amount of product in the tube. It's right up to the halfway point of the tube. For the price you pay, you would expect it to be filled a bit more.
While I still love the toothpaste itself I'm seriously going to look at other options because I'm not paying this amount to just receive half a tube of toothpaste. Might as well change the packaging to a smaller tube if you're not going to fill it up

I am very disappointed. I just wasted over $50. Somehow, the shipping address flipped to elsewhere. A stranger will receive my order. I sent multiple messages on all you avenues immediately & yet it was still shipped.

Never again will I purchase from your site. Please confirm any reoccurring subscriptions have been canceled.

My package was damaged in transit and I never received it. I can't even go into the order confirmation to cancel it or ask for a refund. I have.got about 20 emails from them on buying more products but can't get help getting my 53.00 back.

I subscribed and completed my first order on October 7th. I received this order on October 15th. One week before the next due date, I tried to edit the delivery date on the upcoming order and they canceled it. I tried many times to get my order back, pausing and/or reactivating my subscription, but they always canceled it. I used different payment methods, and sometimes they canceled the order 24 hours after my bank confirmed the payment. Today is November 22nd I am still waiting for a refund for an order canceled in early November. There is no phone number for customer care and they do not reply to the email they claim to be a customer support. I wrote several times asking the reason for canceling orders and got zero answers. Not a reliable company, they use strong marketing to attract clients but do not care about their experience or after-sales. I do not recommend it.

I've ordered from this company's website twice now and they submit my order but then they cancel it and never fulfill it. They don't provide an email, a reason or any notification. After a week or two I have to go looking for the order just to find they cancelled it without reason. I'm done with this company.

They have really bad customer service they don't reply to emails and they don't even have any official number on their website through which I can contact them. I have sent them dozens of emails regard my refund but they don't respond to any of my emails. It's been like 6 months for me trying to reach them but I just can't. Really disappointed in their services.

I emailed them many times to get my order information, but still no reply. Their customer care is pathetic as they don't even reply to their customers. They treat their customers in such a way that they valued nothing to them.
So, please be aware of them.

I was curious about this new technology and quite skeptical. So I did a lot of research and it explained studies and results by independent dental labs. So I decided to try it. The toothpaste doesn’t really have a fresh and minty flavor if that’s what you are looking for. It’s more of a sweet, natural taste that’s pleasant. I smoked for several years and my teeth were a bit translucent as a side effect. Using this paste has made my teeth look solid again! I’m not kidding. From all the research I’ve read, the longer you keep it on, the better it works, so I brushed my teeth one extra time per day in the afternoon and instead of rinsing sat with it for 10-15 mins before rinsing. It truly works! I wouldn’t recommend using a mouthwash afterwards as it removes freshly deposited elements, so do it in reverse: mouthwash then brush. It’s safe to even eat the whole tube, so don’t worry about keeping the paste on your teeth a bit after brushing. I sometimes alternate between Sensodine at night and Risewell in the am or in reverse if I need that minty clean flavor in my day.

Sketchy website - cancel your order for no apparent reason. No customer support phone # or chat.

If i could give zero star, i would do that. Such a pathetic service. Placed order for like ten times and they cancelled my order each time. No reply comes when they are asked why are they cancelling my orders. Tried three different cards and still they cancel my orders.

I had a very scary allergic reaction to their adult toothpaste. It caused me to have an anaphylactic response. I posted a review on their website and it never showed up, even after I verified the review through email. My best guess is that they manually reviewed my review and then blocked it. All the reviews the day before, day of, and day after have posted, except mine. I caution future customers to be sure they are NOT allergic to any ingredient in this product before buying. I can't recommend a company that hides reviews. Especially when someone states they had a terrible reaction to the product.
