Rise Market has the best customer service with exceptional products at amazing prices. I am a loyal customer for life. Love getting my packages from them, often with exciting little samples inside.

Rise market has been great for finding healthy foods for less! They have so many of my favorite brands :)

Everything I got was in perfect condition and wrapped so that I didn’t have to worry about glass stuff breaking. I also got a few extra samples with my order which was much appreciated. Will be ordering again for sure

The product selection is great and the price savings is unreal. The orders are always correct. The samples help me to experience new products and I have ordered some as a result of my sample.

I have been ordering from Rise Market regularly. I was sent an Invitation to do a Review in early February. I assumed it was for my latest order, no other indication, and it asked for a star rating. I proceeded as if that was the order it was for but found that I couldn’t leave just a star rating (it would have been a 5 star), there was nothing remarkable of note about that order and so didn’t want to leave a word review. I messaged Trustpilot to see if there was anything that could done so I could leave just a star rating, no one got back to me. In fiddling around I saw that the order the Invitation was for had been put AFTER the rating had been requested and posted. For this order I had things of value to say so I completed the Review. Eventually Trustpilot got back to me, I had let them know problem solved, don’t bother. On March 6 I received another Request for a Review. The same issue was there, so I contacted Rise Market, to get it resolved. They didn’t get back to me. After a week I received a Reminder of Request for Review. I contacted Rise to let them know I had received a Reminder, and they hadn’t gotten back to me. Immediately I was emailed, he did not know which order the Request was for, that I did not need to leave another Review and he did not know why TrustPilot was sending a Request when I had completed one Review. Nothing was said about not having gotten back to me and about me being inconvenienced in having a Reminder sent as they did
not follow up with me or TrustPilot. Rise Market has now, in a further email, let me know that they will be follow up with TrustPilot. I find that Rise Market has been irresponsible with regards to their handling of the Request for Review. They did not get back to me or follow up with TrustPilot when I let them know about the issue. I was inconvenienced in having a Reminder sent when it should not have been sent and I had to contact them. When they got back to me immediately there was no acknowledgment that there was anything amiss here.

While there are some decent deals, I find the website cumbersome to find what I want. It would also be great if there were more detailed filters and more options for bulk foods. Hoping it gets better because I got the year subscription.

Great products at great prices.
Website is easy to navigate and I am saving significant money versus buying the same products where I normally would in store. Delivery is fairly quick - a few days (2-3 for my location on average), and my orders have been accurate and typically had a few 'extra' samples and such included.
Have recommended the service to a number of friends.

I’ve ordered from Rise twice now and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had quick responses from customer services when I had questions and always receive my packages very quickly. A bonus is always receiving little free gifts from Rise. I love it!

Only thing was the chocolate almond cups seemed to be old - some of the chocolate had turned white - even though the expiry was August.

Tried that, company was not open to constructive criticism. They were great before they expanded. Once the expansion cross country happened, items were consistently missing from orders, customer service became unpleasant unwilling to help those with disabilities access their website.

Great prices, responsive customer service, will be a lifelong customer.
