Boxes need to be packed with care
I appreciate the new packaging for glass items. However the HF flour bag was ripped and it spilled all over the kitchen floor. This item is expensive and it was disappointing. Previous the jar of olives had leaked onto other items in the box.
I like shopping at Rise Market however the packing leaves much to be desired. And I just don’t bother notifying them anymore. I know they are great at giving refunds however they can’t replace one damaged item. I appreciate their great customer service however I just want the items to arrive without leaking, torn or crushed.

I just received my first order, everything was well packaged and I loved receiving the samples! Shipping took a little longer than I anticipated but it is the holiday season.

I recently placed my first order with Rise Market, and I’m so impressed! Living in the country, it’s often difficult to find the healthy brands I love, but Rise Market made it easy to access everything I needed, and more!
The selection was fantastic, with plenty of options that fit my clean eating lifestyle. I was particularly thrilled to find my favorite hard-to-get pantry staples. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was quicker than I expected, even for a rural area like mine.
Their customer service was also exceptional. I had a quick question about one of the products, and their team was super helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even more positive.
Overall, I’m really happy with my order and will definitely be shopping with Rise Market again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great products and excellent service, especially if you live in an area where it’s hard to find the brands you love!

We have tried the PO Box shipping previously; unfortunately it doubles the cost $ and we experience a high level of damages. That said, your input is valuable, and we continue to seek avenues to expand the service to these PO Box locations.
Expiration date of product
This is the first time I have not been satisfied with my order. I received two Healthy Crunch chia seed jam that expire November 2024. This product was not given an additional discount because of the expiration date, as your company sometimes does, nor was it advertised that it was expiring soon. We will not be able to finish both jars in two months. I sent a message via your website over a week ago and I still haven't received a response.

Thank you for your feedback, Jenny. We only select products for our store based on our ability to deliver the savings our members expect. If we can't negotiate the right pricing we don't carry the item.
In the case of Chomps, this was a decision of the US based company to focus their growth on the USA and not service the Canadian marketplace. We to miss having the product for our members and are looking for creative ways to get the product into Canada again.
