Unprofessional agent
Unprofessional agent who is rude and vulgar. He will put pressure on you to make payment then delay to secure your appointment. He lacks customer service skills and does not respond to questions appropriately. I would not recommend, and if you chose to proceed I’d say BUYER BEWARE. I expect that he will respond to this giving a counter narrative of what occurred - similar to what he does for all the low reviews. But the truth is he rude and there is no value for money here.

Hello Lilian, Thank you for your feedback. we do respond to all reviews and encourage honest feedback, so yours is definitely welcome. From what i recall, your application with us was smooth and an appointment was gotten just in time as your friend mentioned he was away for a long time, the delay to book an appointment was very much based on your direct instruction to only book an appointment within a specific time of availability. Furthermore, you are aware i did not have a transaction with you, but your friend, Mr Andy. Your dissatisfaction only followed after i declined to speak with you considering that you were not the one i transacted with. Mr Andy on the other hand proved difficult in communication throughout the proccess and will resolve to threats and insults of which you joined in, when i declined to speak with you about a transaction you are not privy to. Data privacy is paramount to us, unfortunately you refused to acknowledge this. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority and this can be evidenced from the majority of feedbacks we have received. Unfortunately our efforts wasnt enough for you and this is completely understandable. We always guarantee civil and respectful communication and expect same in return. Overall, i apologise for your experience and i assure you, we will continue to do better and further feedbacks will evidence it. Thank you and i hope you both have peaceful days ahead.
