Item sent complete rubbish nothing like advertised also ordered 2 one of two is completed paper rubbish plz do not order fron this company.

11 months in, no refund, no items, no response

As far as I'm concerned it's all been good, ordered jigsaw advent calendar.
Took a few weeks to be delivered, but I got up to date information from Ricife on where my parcel was on its journey. Which helps alot.
Second time I've used them.

Bought a HDMI product for the tv and received a fake one filled with rubber!! I would provide a photo if I could. Anyway, seems to be the same as a lot of people feeling -got scammed, I do. Scam ALERT! I should’ve checked google first.

Your delivery service is appalling why do you not advise customers you are not UK based and all items you sell have to be sent from China and your delivery agents charge your customers to know when the item will arrive. This is gross misrepresentation and appalling customer service

I tried it on my hair and it did not cover the grey hair at all.
I have been a hairdresser for over 30yrs just in case if you ask me if I'm using it correctly.

Nice folder but I would have thought that a sticker for vehicles would have been included as that was what I bought it for

Very strong would have liked clear envelopes but you supplied labels which is good overall very pleased and will jeep documents safe

I ordered the files with envelopes in to keep records such as birth certs, etc. Took a while to come hence the 4 stars but the items themselves are grand. Zip was a bit stiff on the storage file but I just wanted somewhere to put stuff into, and got the zip open after a few attempts. Product is grand enough.

Please do not buy from this shambles of a company. I had to open a dispute through Klarna because my goods didn’t arrive and the company didn’t respond to me. After Klarna contacted them, my order miraculously arrived. What I received was of poor quality and I will never use this company again. AVOID!!

Delighted with product ( 4 linen embroidery books in grey and beige) quality was good but I could have bought the same on Amazon and got them next day had I checked!. Only problem was that the delivery from China was slow and I did not get a reply to my email asking when package was arriving. This made me very nervous and the tracking company recommended charged so I did not want to give details to them.
No regrets with product

Please tell me how I get a refund for this absolute piece of cr**!!!

It is of an appalling quality, it doesn’t even have a Swiftopoly box to package it in, it’s arrived in a beaten up pizza box style brown cardboard box.

I am beyond disappointed 😞 this was to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter, I’m too embarrassed to give it to her, I’m actually too embarrassed to give it to my local charity shop.

SCUMBAGS!! I ordered a set of the "magic ink learn to write" books and have never received any product or any type of confirmation etc but money has been taken. Avoid this scam site !

On 4th May I placed an order with this company. Today is 27th May and still no product has arrived. I did get a refund for one of the items I had ordered but the other two items have still not appeared. I see that this company may be a scam. They have £34.20 of my money at the moment with no guarantee that I will get the items. Very bad service. There is no mention on the site that products are coming from outside the UK. Please beware of this company.

I wish I had googled the company before hand. This is what it says. 'Scam website

Ordered almost a month ago and still no goods. Cannot find any communication to get in touch. Will not use these people again

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I ordered the carpenters set square 📐 that was supposed to be only £16 but with the postage soon turned into £22.
I’ve waited over a month. They say my order is posted.
I’ve received nothing.
Sent 4 emails with no correspondence! Just read the one star reviews.

SCAM MERCHANTS!

I can’t believe I didn’t check the reviews before ordering. Ordered over a month ago and I’ve been emailing a lot and I never get a response. I managed to message them on Facebook and I got response asking for the order number. Unfortunately when I responded the message wouldn’t send. I tried several times, it’s as if they’ve blocked me because I’ve complained. It’s shame companies can hide behind the internet. If this was a high street shop it would never happen and if it did at least you’ve got somewhere to go. Absolutely scammers. I’m sure my bank will process a charge back so I’ll get my money back, but it’s not the point. Once I have got my money back I’ll be making sure their website goes offline so they can’t continue to scam people.

I placed and order and paid for it on 14th February 2024, I was given an order no but so far have received nothing! I emailed them several times without reply.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Total scammers!
