Took my Suzuki swace 2021 model to the main dealership in commercial street in totton it was booked in for a 60,000 miles service bearing in mind I’ve got a service payment plan paying £87 on the 1st of each month with bumper payment they weren’t very helpful whatsoever firstly telling me there was no service plan in place also I’ve had the vehicle since September of last year brought it from lesleys in the Isle of Wight so not a happy customer I plan to take this issue to head office yours Neil Wilson

Saw what I wanted on Website so went out there on spec.

Very helpful salesman, Sam Beevers who wasn't at all pushy & came with me on a test drive.

Very happy with car so bought it. Smooth transaction with a part exchange allowed.

A clunking noise developed within a month so rang Garage & agreed to take it in to be looked at. Needs new D rings (bushes) which had to be ordered & was told a week.

After 10 days, I rang & the parts hadn't arrived to they chased it for me & car is now booked in. As it is under warranty, there is nothing to pay.

I would recommend & if I needed to purchase another car again, I would look there first.

Came in to have a look at a Swift and the salesman (Jag) was fantastic, answering any questions with honesty and passion also the sales manager (i think) Simon was very welcoming and willing to amswer any questions. Following our recent invite along to the upgrade event, all the staff were welcoming as always. Jag was our sales representative on this particular return to upgrade our Suzuki Vitara and he’s been excellent - super friendly and informative. All in all very happy customers 🙂

I arrived to collect our new car and was warmly welcomed by Jagdeep Bhakar, offered a drink and seat.

There was some technical difficulties registering the new car and this did take some time but Jags kept me informed and apologised for the delay.

With the car registered Jags went through the paper work and helped me set up the App that supports the vehicle.

I needed to collect some items out of my old car and Jags kindly drove the new one alongside it so it was easier for me to transfer my belongings.

Jags waited with me to ensure the App technology was working.

Jags was polite, kind and engaging in all our interactions - I couldn't have asked for more - Thank you

everything was explained clearly and all questions answered. When a problem arose, a way to solve it was found.
