When visiting Richmond motor group Guildford, I spoke to James a very lovely helpful man. James made my experience when I was there amazing explaining everything in full and making me feel very comfortable and would 100% recommend James and the Richmond group to everyone I know!

Marius Mockus was our salesman and did a fantastic job of taking us through all of the vehicles that matched our search criteria. He was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable, and importantly, he let us take our time to come to a decision. There was no sales pressure and the whole experience of buying the car was excellent. The car itself has been great, zero issues so far.

Marius was very helpful during our conversations with him where we were deciding whether to switch our car for a new one. Went to look at an MG car today not a new one but second hand and was met by such a lovely lady called Kelly . She did so much and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the cars that I ended up buying a brand new car from her . She made everything so simple and gave us a great deal on our trade in . I really wouldn’t hesitate to anyone that’s looking for an MG to go to this dealership and ask for Kelly she will do you a great deal with absolutely none of the BS .

Kelly was very good but the overall experience could have been better. Failures with the email system resulted in essential information (eg new car reg number etc) not getting to me. Kelly picked me up from the station to take me to the dealership which was brilliant. However, the car wasn't ready due to a backlog in valetting. This delayed my get away.
