Great car!

A very professional service from Richmond Motor Group. Marius Mockus walked us through all the options and explained each step perfectly. There was no hard sell feeling but he chose instead to check we understood the choices before confirming. Would fully recommend.

I wouldn’t buy a loaf of bread from these cowboys in Richmoand Hyundai Guildford let alone a vehicle worths 1000s of £s. I was going to purchase a vehicle from them and paid a deposit of £500 to reserve the vehicle I was to purchase and arrange e AA inspection with their approval. After the inspection there were some minor works needed to be done to the vehicle. I was negotiating the work needed to be doe and some of the work they have promised they will complete during the inspection to the AA technician. Whilst in the negotiation of the work needed to be done the senior management at the dealership have sold the vehicle to some other customer whilst the purchase contact with me in activation. I am now out of pocket for the AA inspection fees of £339 I paid and my traveling expenses to the dealership. They have returned my deposit of £500 saying they have now sold the vehicle to someone else. I am now off to the small claims court for the breath of contact to claim my AA inspection fees and the traveling expenses. Don’t buy anything form these people.

Marius was just awesome. We went to look at the MGS9 for my husband and I ended up buying the IM5 for myself. Marius is the perfect salesman as he doesn’t try to sell you anything. Everything was very easy. A very happy 2 customers.

Marius greeted us on time for our appointment was pleasant as can be. He remained helpful and friendly throughout our visit and continued to be helpful with our questions in between meetings. never bother to take time to show you how things work ie settings on screen.seats at desks are wornout.if you order parts for MOT oh we are not a motor factor so then your without a car for nearly a week.

Not so helpful when you see that the work carried out to fix the problem didn't work. Not responding to emails after coming in to the guildford branch.
Please check your car properly when you collect it. Bird lime marks damaged my paint on my new car before I even collected it.

Bought an MG EV from Marius at Guildford - great experience. Marius was very helpful and patient and took time to explain everything to us without being pushy at all.

Just wanted to say the Marius Mockus at MG Richmond Motor Group in Guildford is the consummate professional.
He made the car buying process very relaxed and easy, (considerably better than a previous car brands I have dealt with)
Marius made me feel welcome and listened to my needs and concerns and answered every question to my satisfaction.
At no point did I feel I had to buy a car unless I wanted to.
