We found the staff friendly and helpful, we knew what we wanted and were able to purchase our new car at a price we were happy with. Initial communication was not too good but our experience was overall a good one.

Great experience . Mario in the sales team in Bognor Branch is excellent and was really thorough and helpful throughout the process ensuring we had all the information to make a decision to buy the Tuscon. Great branch location and everyone is really professional . The sales team are all excellent and there are many vehicles in branch to look at various models.

When chatting later on he remembered personal details we had discussed which was such a lovely touch. If you want a calm environment and not feel pressured. very unimpressed, delivered car at 10.00hrs for recommended brake adjustment, went to collect at 15.00 and told to come back in 1.5 hrs. Went back and not even started on it.
Poor communication, no service.
Won't be back.
