We purchased a Tuscon in Dec 2025.
It was a PX, the exchange was late in the afternoon prior to closing as we had to travel some distance from the Cotswolds.
The staff were pleasant and it seemed a nice experience.
As we drove off thr forecourt the plastic trim housed around the internal mirror dropped off onto my lap. We returned to the showroom a little shocked and the Manager spent 20 mins refitting it, at that we drove home. Over the next several months the trim fell of several times it was a real nuisance. Eventually I went to the local dealership for them to look at, they said it wasn't under warranty but to buy a new trim. I did so but it fell off again. After returning the technician sad it was a new screen not fitted by Hyundai so the brackets must be in the wrong location on the glass. I was discussed that Hyundai Bognor sold me a car which they must have know had a fault as the item was such a poor fit and would have fallen off in their care at keast when valleting the car.
I wrote the Bognor dealership and they replied saying I should complain to their official site. I did this several weeks ago but no reply, when after sending mails afterwards to ask why there had been no response still no reply. Very poor after sales, never buy from them again. Can't see how they got this high review, makes you wonder!!!
