Terrible company, based in china, there is no mention of this until to try to return something. I am a size 9 shoe, ordered a 10 and 11 - they sent me an 11 and 12 and they were still too small. Am now going through the process of trying to get a refund through credit card company as you can’t get any sense from them- worst company I have ever dealt with

I sized up on clogs from a size 7 to an 8. They intentionally sent a size bigger and advised this in a card inside the parcel which I don’t mind however, the sizes are completely wrong. I’m originally a size 7, I ordered a size 8, they sent a size 9 and it was STILL too small. I asked to return them and they replied saying they would offer me half of the money back I said no I would just like to return them and of course, they never replied. I should’ve read the reviews.

Shocking company.

Took ages to arrive as they are not a UK based company and delivery is from overseas, their name is very misleading! The sandals look cheap and a size 13 did not fit my size 12 partener. I wish I'd read the reviews first and looked elsewhere. I have now purchased the same style but better and more robust quality and fitting from Cotton Traders at much less than half the price of these, even with a £10 refund, which of no use as i'm still £39 out of pocket. You do get AI email responses quickly but they don't deflect from this poor company. Don't bother, look elsewhere.

Absolute SCAM!! Cheap poor quality shoes that you’d expect from temu or shein. Sent a number of emails asking about returning them , but still no reply. WE LIVE AND LEARN.

Poor quality garments - loose threads, buttons came off on the first wear, badly fitted, slow to deliver. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE . Fake company name ,product everything DOJII . Your order coming from CHINA IN PLASTIC BAG👈🏻 RUBBISH .they charge 60 GBP . Which is not worth IT even 10 pound . Product is completely different then website .NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

Really wish i'd checked the reviews of this company first. I ordered a pair of suede clogs only to wait over a week for delivery and once they arrived. They were quite obviously cheap and lacked quality not to mention I ordered a size 13 whatvi recieved stated a eu size 48 but is more like a UK 9-10 completely inadequate. Tried contacting them multiple to no avail. Please avoid this company complete con artist

The products are Chinese junk, really bad quality
I ordered suede slippers and they are plastic rubbish, supposed to be a 10 and are more like 9
Order from this company at your own risk,you have been warned
And the delivery is in weeks not days

Great vegan sandals. Very comfortable and stylish too. Highly recommended.

Buyer beware - cheap knock offs. Ordered a size 13 and my son who is a size 9 couldn’t get them on.

I should have read these reviews before buying !!! Absolutely terrible, shirt different from image and smaller and very bad quality.

Delivered after said, Poor quality of product, colour doesn’t match what was described. Tried to email to request a refund but no reply still.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Richard and Clarke. My order appears to be coming from China, despite this not being clear when I placed the order and I have now been waiting 4.5 weeks for the goods to arrive.

There is no useful information about where the order is or when I can realistically expect delivery. I have also contacted them to request cancellation of the order, but have received no response.

The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would avoid ordering from this website.

UPDATE - you cannot get a full refund unless you post the goods back to China at your expense. They will offer you 20%! Do not order from this company, it's a scam.

Didn't realise the goods come from China. Took ages to arrive. Ordered shoes which were the same price as the M&S version but are very cheap quality. Ordered a size 10 for my son, Im a size 8 and could just about get them on and they said they had sized up! The only way to return them is to email them and they are not responding. Do not buy from them!

Really poor quality product shipped from China not UK or Netherlands. When i complained about the poor quality i was offered a refund of 20% of RRP, increasing to 50% when i complained further. I'm now sending the shirt back to China at a cost of c£15 to get £40 refunded. Don't buy from this retailer!

this company is a chines based scam being run on various different websites and platform PEOPLE BE AWARE they have glossy websites and marketting when you order the goods look fantastic, then they will arrive in 3/4 weeks from a chines company in the slums of china somewhere. the goods are NOT what was ordered, whej you contact them they will offer you refund of 40/50% with the item delivered value only pennies in the pound if you spet £50 and get back £25 they have £25 for something woth £2.00 if you want to send back cost will be £40 by post to china by UPS or DHL and thats the scam they are affilated with various companies like NOBA lifestyle and a few others !!!you have ben warned.

This looks like a site which may have used to trade as Clarke London. That site (clarke-london dot com) also appeared to be run out of the Netherlands, posing as a London business. It is now offline.

The Richard and Clarke London site seems to have only recently been created (2026), but remains run out of the Netherlands, shipping its product directly from China.

Note that at the time of this review, another 2026-dated website (clark-london dot com) also exists, stating its home in Denmark. Its contact information points to the defunct Clarke London website.

Company disguises itself as a British brand based in London. After not receiving my order for several weeks I did some digging and found that the company was shipping its product from China. The product that arrived was sub par and not the quality advertised.
