I never write reviews but here I go sadly. Rich and clear is such a SCAM. I never received my package I emailed 5 times how they never sent me my package. And every time they write me back it’s a I’m sorry and 25% off the next time I buy. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Amazing products- they have cleared and restored my skin better than I expected! I like that they are natural, effective and great value for the money. Definitely worth the investment in yourself!

it isn’t a bad product, my only problem is i brought their african soap and eczema thing and on the website it said i could use the african soap on my eczema so i did and it burned….the eczema butter was okay but honestly it did it didn’t work.

My overall experience was horrible it’s been over three month since I ordered my products and never received my items. I messaged the help center countless number of times and they continuously gave me the run around and excuses and still never received anything, and they deny me a refund although they stole my money. I don’t recommend ordering from this company!!!!

I never received my order, they take way too long to ship. I ordered my package on September 3rd and I still haven’t got anything yet, my package is still in the same place and has not moved at all. They deleted and restricted bad comments on their social medias. And this company is not BBB Accredited, once I’ve tried to file a complaint about them.

They don't ship out products! I ordered 3 months ago and still haven't gotten a dispatch email. Tried emailing and DM'ing them on insta and no response. They even delete comments on their Instagram page. Don't bother wasting your money with this company. Scammers!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU’LL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCTS. THEY DON’T RESPOND TO EMAILS AND THEY DELETE COMMENTS ON THEIR INSTAGRAM.

The worse company bought the bundle kit from them in July 21 and it’s now August 12 it never came and they do not respond to emails or Instagram dm plus I never receive a confirmation email nothing luckily I paid in 4 payment which only took $14 since n I decided to change my bank card and get a new one so they can’t take the remaining of the money owned DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL THEY R SCAMMERS

Horrible horrible horrible took forever to get my products only after threatening to dispute with my bank they raggedy asses sent them, after using the product the same day my face was inflamed and I had to use ice to cool it down I felt like my skin got third degree burns, the skin was falling off in my sink and tub, they don’t respond to negative reviews and if you write on their Instagram they will delete, they are phony and paying people to say their products are good

Ordered from this company in February and still waiting on the serum to arrive. It’s now July. They sent all other items around April and put a little note in the package saying that the serum would be sent separately and it was never sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They need to shut this company down they are taking peoples money …. It’s a scam !!!! I ordered from here & never got my item are received any tracking number … I wrote them on Instagram & no one responds they only post pictures… I even emailed them & no one responds do not waste your money with them !!!

I ordered the bundle kit, never got any confirmation email, tracking number, or any updates. I reached out to them through email and Instagram, no reply back. Finally received my items a month later. Products are decent, been using them for about 3 days now since I just got it not too long ago. I wouldn’t order from the again based on the lack of communication and poor customer service, and with how long it took to receive my order.

Ordered a bundle kit from them in April. The tracking info never updated, it never shipped, and they kept giving me the run around on social media for about 3 weeks. The last time I DM'd them I asked for a refund and to keep my items because they hadn't shipped anyway, and they refused. I filed a dispute with my bank. THE DAY AFTER I disputed with my bank, they decided to ship my items, and provide proof to the bank so they could ultimately reject my dispute. This is DISGUSTING. People love using "black-owned business" as a promotional tool, and then display the most unprofessional and disorganizational skills. It's embarrassing and said. I will never in life order from them again, I don't care if they completely revamp. The liquid almond cleanser did absolutely nothing for my skin anyway, its a small overpriced bottle of foam, that you have to use large amounts every time you use it.

If I could give them no stars I would, it has been 6 weeks and still not got my order I have messaged on socials no answer but I see them posting and I have sent emails no answer, I am certain my order hasn’t even been shipped at this point, I alway like to support small black owned businesses but stay clear of these scammers it just looks like if your not in the usa they will take your money and refuse to respond when you want an update, just a poor service don’t start a business if you don’t know how to run it. My patience with them has now gone they are thefts and don’t deserve your money or any recognition

I’ve been using the bundle kit for a week now and my skin is currently in its purging stage! But my complexion is so beautiful ! It’s evening out my skin tone and even though my dark been doing for yearsspots still have to clear after this purging stage!

Very surprised by these reviews. I really enjoyed my products and they didn’t take that long to come. I think Covid has put a strain on their shipping department but idk. I support the brand and will continue to support.

Not all small business deserve a chance... I ordered my first package in December and only until I replied to their email stating that the shipping label was created that they shipped the product which took over a month before I realize that They never shipped the package ...

Tried them again in February 2021- my stuff came with a note stating that the vitamin c serum will be shipped separately... tried reaching out to them via email- they responded confirming that the package was delivered although I showed them a photo of the packaging slip.. no refund , no apology no néw tracking number and it’s going over into April ...
Buyer beware - something is not right with this company ... this is why at times I prefer to spend my money at an established company rather than give a small business the opportunity to ROB ME

I only gave them 1 star because it was the only way I can write my comment. I purchased my first order back in Jan didn’t receive it until the end of February I put my items for auto renewal every month the auto renewal was set for February 27,2021 here it is March 22,2021 yet still no product no email about my items I have emailed customer support servals times even went as far as DMing them on Instagram no response. I also purchased some other items that came in but was missing an item didn’t get a refund about that or an email. It sucks that they lack in communication in customer service because the product is really good but the customer service is wack. I feel like it’s a rip off you take my money automatically every month for this renewal and it’s been damn near a month and I haven’t received anything in the mail or through email. I will be taking further action. It’s a shame that you can’t even support your own black ppl because of things like this.

I hear businesses getting better but Rich and Clear seem to be getting worse. They don't care about their customer. Order since Nov 2020. I am yet to receive my products or get a refund. They have a Very Bad customer service and they don't reply messages. I wish I read reviews before buying from them. Do business with them at your own risk.

On February 2, I placed an order at the website with the order number # 44625
of which I transferred € 64.91 to them by myself.
this is correct, but on February 16, € 64.50 euros was withdrawn from my bank account by you without my having ordered.
On February 16, I did not order anything.
I send them mutliply emails with this story but they don’t answer it.
I still didn’t received the order that I placed on February 2 and today it is March 5.
If you ask me. Never buy a product of this company again.
