I will never purchase anything from this company again. Number always busy. I ordered and it it’s saying my item is waiting to be picked up by the postal service so I wrote them and asked them to cancel my order they wouldn’t do it. I don’t see how they continue to be in business. This company is a complete rip off

Other reviews are sadly true. I paid for over $110 of products, shipping took a long time and my products weren't shipped until I REMINDED the company about my order, which was then conveniently sent after my message.

I then got a letter in the post from parcel force to say that the company didn't pay their own customs charges for the delivery, so I had to pay another £32.60 in charges just to receive my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Never buying from here ever again.

Support another black business.

Shipping does seem to take forever with this company. My purchase, which was the black soap bar, arrived almost 3 weeks after my order was placed. So far, I haven’t seen any improvent, only more acne. I’ll give them 3 stars since the soap actually arrived EVENTUALLY.

Other reviews are sadly correct. I've placed my order on 6/20 and it was "shipped" on 6/21. Well, today is 8/9/2020. I've reached out to ask what's going on a few times but all they will tell you is to give them another two business days for the tracking to update with a useless apology and a discount code. I gave them a chance and waited. Nothing happened. The tracking is still stuck at Pre-shipment sitting at their office. So I firmly ask for a refund. Well, they once again ask me to wait another two business days! This time blaming USPS for their delay while other retail businesses are doing just fine shipping out their items on time during this pandemic. So I waited another two business days because this time it gotta work. NOPE! By this time, it's been OVER a couple months since they took my money. I ask them to issue my refund immediately and now no response. What a shame. I chose to give this company a try in the effort to support BLM movement and to help out. They clearly proved me that they not the ones for it. Shady part is, if you go to their insta and leave a comment amongst other customers who haven't got their product, ALL of those comments will be deleted by them immediately without reaching out via DM or nothing. SO SHADY and UNPROFESSIONAL. All while they are pushing out more and more discount and promotions to get more victims in their way. smh

Do not waste your time buying from this company. I wanted to support black owned businesses and ordered from them on June 14th. 2-3 weeks after I ordered from them I begged to get a tracking number and they just told me to be patient and never got back to me on the other messages I sent. Fast forward to today, I got a cancellation message since they took too long to send my order. Just go support another black business that has their business together. Not worth the stress.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THEY STILL HAVEN'T SENT ME MY MONEY BACK.

I'm sorry but these reviews are bullsh!t . I purchased over $100 worth of stuff march 22. The company is supposedly in miami as well am I but I still have no tracking information. No one returns or answer calls and the countless emails are bull sh!t. I've complained to better business bureau and help me howard ... Im to the point I don't want sh!t from this company but my money ....Don't buy it a scam if you want the product buy thru amazon so you can debate charges...

Awesome skincare company! Helped me clear up my acne so much. Their team is super professional and very helpful throughout the process.
