I follow Dr Eman on Instagram so when she launched Rhokea for implant-grade Titanium jewelry, my interest was immediately piqued due to skin sensitivities triggered even with 22 carat gold.
I cannot recommend Rhokea enough. From the moment I placed my order, the experience was exceptional. The jewellery itself is truly breathtaking. Customer service at Rhokea
I ordered a pair of two-tone affinity heart stud earrings. There was a small issue where I had received the wrong earring. I immediately emailed customer care at Rhokea and Owais dealt with my query. The issue was dealt with on the same day and he also sent a replacement pair out, on the same day, via DPD special delivery. After this, we then arranged for the incorrect earrings to be returned.
I now have the correct earrings and they’re honestly so beautiful.
I was really pleased that my query was dealt with so efficiently, it made me feel trusted and valued as a customer and I’m confident in purchasing from this brand again.

great quality and customer service
I bought these earrings having seen them a few times on tiktok and i’m so happy with them. They feel really expensive and good quality and the customer service is great. I wasn’t sure on some sizing and they got back to me super quickly and were so lovely. Will definitely be purchasing more as gifts for friends
