I wasn’t sure what to expect ordering jewellery online, but I’m actually so impressed with Rhokea.

The quality genuinely surprised me. The pieces feel luxurious and most importantly safe! With a clean finish.

Have worn mine quite a few times already and it still looks brand new, no fading or tarnishing. I’ve already had a couple of compliments too.

Definitely going to order again.

Bought these for my younger daughter and she absolutely loves them. Beautiful design, really lightweight, and no irritation on her sensitive skin. She hasn't taken them off since! Lovely packaging too — felt like a proper gift. Will definitely be ordering more.

Genuinely went in hoping for the best because I love Dr.Eman's content, but it's just another Instagram influencer brand. First had to send emails, IG messages, and then requests through their website where eventually someone responded on why my order hadn't been dispatched almost a week after; one of the earrings I'd ordered was out of stock, and I was given the option of a refund or to wait. Again... No response, after which I just decided on a refund because the quality of the earrings were quite poor on the get go. Got the refund issued quickly for which I'm grateful for, but then a few days later I received the earrings in the mail that were originally out of stock. I contacted them regarding the error, again no response, and waiting for some kind of response for over a week now.
Customer service aside, I ordered the pearl studs and the hoops. The hanging pearl on the hoops has already fallen out and the earring itself is stuck in open and won't close. I've only worn the studs twice and the pearls are already scratched. Haven't opened the mistakenly sent teardrop hoops so can't comment on those.

I got the pearl drop studs, love the size and style. Very comfortable and lightweight.

I ordered the minimalist bar studs in silver for my daughter. She has very sensitive ears. We got them in the two day sale. Ordered them on Boxing day and they arrived today on the 29th. Swift delivery. Beautifully packaged with a personal note too.

Genuinely so happy with my purchase. The earrings have exceeded my expectations. I did not realise they were going to be this comfortable.
Normally when I wear earrings/studs, I look forward to taking them off and giving my ears a break. However, not only have I managed to fall asleep in Rhokea’s earrings, I’m also able to wear them all day everyday while taking care of my baby and toddler, without them getting in the way. I cannot wait to purchase my next pair.

I was very intrigued and impressed when I first learnt about this concept of hypoallergenic, lightweight titanium jewellery with flat-back studs that could be worn all day and night whilst sleeping, so was awaiting it eagerly.
And now having tested it for quite a few months, I can safely say that it has lived up to my expectations and much more!!
Being a busy Dr with sensitive skin, I had stopped wearing earrings to avoid the hassle of taking them off and getting ear irritation each time. But with these, I've been wearing them non-stop without any concerns as I can't even feel that they are there, they haven't irritated my skin and the novel flat backs ensure that I can sleep with them on and not have them uncomfortably poke me.
They look simply elegant and though the labret mechanism initially took a bit of learning, it was sorted quite quickly with the owner helpfully replying with practical suggestions that shows commitment to personalised customer care.
Plus they are very reasonably priced and the detailed elegant packaging that doubles up as great travel case, makes them such lovely gifts to give to oneself or our friends and family.
My thanks to Dr Eman as well for kindly adding additionally jewellery to my initial order as a welcoming gesture, which was much appreciated and those hoops actually became my favourite😊
In short, they feel heaven-sent and my kudos to the founders for backing their claims exceptionally and living up to their brand ethos.
I have returned for a repeat order in their excellent black Friday promotion for the couples collection heart earrings and despite appearances, was pleasantly surprised that they are so lightweight and the perfect mix of whimsy and elegance 😊

Great Jewellery and even better customer service. Earrings are incredibly comfortable, something which I usually otherwise struggle with. Owais also dealt with my query promptly and thoroughly, so very impressed for a small brand.

Love the items I ordered, although I’m returning one of them, the one I’m keeping exceeded my expectations. They are so lightweight, you can’t feel them at all, so great for every day wear. The new packaging is also high quality and gives a premium feel. Will be keeping an eye out for future pieces.

Ordered my first pair just last week and love them! I tend to avoid jewelry that do not last a while since they can be irritating and tarnish easily. Rhokea is a great option for those whose ears are sensitive to most jewelry and for those looking for an affordable option that will last a while!

Also would like to comment on the great customer service! I have lost one of my earring's in the shower couple days ago and emailed Rhokea if I could buy a single earring. I heard back on the same day and they very kindly offered me a full discount code to purchase it again.
