I'm sorry that you feel the voucher took too long to come through. We do advertise that it can take 5 working days for vouchers to be sent through to account for weekends but thank you very much for the feedback.

Easy to use and collect points on lots…
Easy to use and collect points on lots of online shopping (I've collected points on eBay, booking.com, national rail, William Hill to name a few) that you can exchange for vouchers towards tickets to games and merchandise from selected teams.
I used £30 worth of My points to buy tickets to the grand final. Exchanged and received my voucher by email within 2 days.
Really recommend using rewards 4 rugby league.

Cashed in my points for Grand Final vouchers only to find out you have to wait 5 days for the voucher to come through! What’s the point of that when you need to book your seats ASAP for risk of not getting one??

We say that it can take up to 5 working days for voucher/voucher codes to be sent out as our working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 and we need to manage customers expectations therefore accounting for weekends. I can see that your order came through on Friday and we sent this to you Monday morning.

New innovation for a traditional RL supporter
I am a longtime rugby league supporter - more than 60 years - and I enjoy reading about all things rugby league. Rewards4RugbyLeague is a relatively new concept to me and has some aspects I support. However, most of the advertisements are not things I use very often and the prizes for points is not very interesting to me.

I didn’t spend my points
I didn’t spend my points. I claimed my points as I wanted to use them to book tickets for a game straight away. You have to wait up to 5 days for the voucher. I called up and said I didn’t want the points and they gave me my points back.
Also, the person confirmed on the phone that they didn’t have any vouchers so it was likely to be more than 5 days.
It would be better if these were instant vouchers so you can claim and book at the same time.

My voucher arrived after date of earlybird grand final tickets offer preventing me using both vouchers and offers to by tickets for myself and son ! I don’t know why it took nearly a week to get vouchers?
Hence I haven’t yet purchased a ticket yet and probably won’t bother little the grand final crowd won’t be a full house
