I took out a contract and through no fault of the company I returned the device due to the service from the network provider. Three network themselves where very difficult with me to resolve the issue I was having and obstructive, but Ella in the customer service team has truly gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue as efficiently as possible. Brilliant customer service and an asset to you company! Thanks a bunch you’ve been amazing! :)

Put in for a mobile days ago still not heard anything have been sent a contract but nothing else no delivery date or nothing can’t even get in contact with them what a waste a time
