Still find this site really helpful, having set up alerts and notifications etc., it makes finding cheap flights much easier. I have booked flights to Miami for next April. Excellent value at £4.99 per month, I'll probably upgrade to an annual membership.

Great site and have saved a small fortune by being able to use all my and my wife's companion vouchers. Have managed to snag a few first class flights as well.

We are flexible with dates and destinations so that helps.

The site used to be good, but the availability has not matched up with what BA is actually offering which has wasted a lot of time. The website has been hanging while using google chrome at night.

Doesn't work well for people trying to upgrade seats on an itinerary where there are multiple flights each day. Total waste of time to call and wait on hold with BA only to be told that the open seat I found on RFF was for a different flight that same day.

Update: I have been asked by RFF to either delete my review or update to show that RFF doesn't claim to offer the type of service I commented about. After reviewing RFF's response I stand by my earlier comments. RFF states that it helps people find flights, which is fine if there is just one per day from the city from which you are looking to fly. But it does NOT help much when there are multiple flights from the same city.

I used Reward Flight Finder for my very last min trip to Jamaica a week before Christmas - my entire trip was funded by my avios points and less than a half of what I would have paid for a full price seat! Good idea but it didn't work. I cancelled my membership.
When searching for flights this site was showing flights that weren't available on BA at all!!

Reward Flight Finder Gold membership is worth the minimal cost of £5. Saves so much time as you just set up your preferences and they let you know when the seats open up. Easy.

Awesome service, even the free option gives you great information to help you plan how to spend your avios but the Silver option is where it gets really fun - love using the map to plan where we could go!

We have now booked three holidays using the world search as we know the dates we can fly around school term dates and then it's just a matter of deciding where in the world we fancy going! Brilliant! Thank you Reward Flight Finder!

Great service - really works well

Excellent site and alert service. Attractive interface, easy to use, seat availability information seems to be accurate. Got the seats I was looking for, on roughly the dates I was looking for, within a few days of signing up.

Cancelled membership kept getting charged for months. Seems it was a legitimate technical error but it concerns me I could have kept getting charged forever and it was only me that spotted it. Hopefully this review kick starts them into action to be very careful with everyone’s money who trusts to give them their credit card details.

It has been proven this website has been getting its feed by scraping the website of a competitor and essentially stealing their data (do a search on Head for Points). This is not how you run a business. The data is therefore not nearly as up to date as it should be.

Within 3 weeks of joining as a Gold member, I secured the business class seats I had been looking for for next Easter school holidays. Was able to use my companion voucher which is brilliant as it expires next May. Saved me loads of time. Usually I go on the BA website every day to search, but that is so frustrating. This way is really easy. You set up an alert and the site searches many times every day for available seats. For £4.99 per month (current promotion, fixed price for life), I think it is worth it. I’m just about to earn another companion voucher, so I plan to use this service from now on.

BA reservations staff told me about this site. What a find! It really does work. Signed up for their Gold account just before Christmas & now I have seats to Miami for November. Very easy. Worth every penny. I emailed them to say they should be more proactive about informing their members about destination-specific easy availability.

I can't believe it is this easy. Everything I have read online about finding long haul business class reward flights was negative. But this tool is incredible. I tried to find flights a month ago, searching the BA website everyday, but nothing. I gave up. Now Boris is freeing us (maybe), I listened to a friend and subscribed, set up an alert for £4.99 (current promotion) per month and I have just got 2 seats to LA in December. I've only been a member for 4 days! Strongly recommended.

Fantastic way to find BA reward flights without the stress of constantly visiting the BA website. Subscribe (£3 per month for hourly checks, £4.99 for constant checks), set up an alert, and just wait to be told about your availability. Bagged 2 seats to Singapore in November 2021 last week, after being a member for just 10 days. Great service.

Well worth the handful of quid a month to get the flights you really want with their alert service. Have used it multiple times with success!
