Brilliant site.
With its help managed to find two First Class return tickets to Johannesburg. Originally booked Business one way but upgraded when the site flagged up new availability. Despite the fact that I had my tickets sorted in the first week of membership I plan to leave my elite membership running for a while as a thank you for a great service.

This website is a great tool for checking reward flight availability. Having upgraded to Elite membership at £3 per month, I was very happy to be notified of a change in Club availability for our flight from Mumbai to London and was able to upgrade using Avios straightaway. It’s a small price to pay to be travelling in comfort now!

RFF is an excellent service
RFF is an excellent service - compared with navigating the BA and Virgin websites, it is much easier to find availability across the whole year, in all classes, for multiple seats. The alerts are helpful and it's worth paying for the elite service if you're looking to travel somewhere (or anywhere) at a particular time.
Most low ratings here relate to complaints about reward travel availability with the airlines, not with this independent site. Ignore them.
