After my childhood Game Boy Colour stopped working, I sent it off to Retrolize for repair. They were very communicative from day 1, letting me know what they discovered as they investigated the repair, and sharing photos with me. After discovering the internals were beyond repair, they advised me on replacing the motherboard. I also decided I wanted a new backlit screen, which they fitted for me. After swift return delivery, I'm reunited with my Game Boy. I highly recommend this company for repairs, they are clearly dedicated and passionate about what they do.

I sent my GBA in for repair as it stopped reading cartridges. The company were very quick to respond to any emails I sent, and when it was found the contacts only needed cleaning, didn’t try and upsell me anything or make me pay for any unnecessary repairs, like I imagine some other companies would do.

My console was then returned to me by Tracked 24, in really well packaged box.

Definitely would use again!
