They did a good job and in the planned time frame. The staff was professional and careful. The estimate was adjusted on the spot due to the size of our couches, which was expected.
We appreciated the text letting us know that the truck was on its way.
Note that glass items cannot be donated and can be removed, but are taken to the dump instead of donated. (I could have given it away, had I known this.)
Otherwise, great job.

Easy and fast, very respectful team

I had some very heavy furniture pieces to get down the stairs. When the guys from JDog showed up, I was immediately relieved because they were very fit so I knew they could do the job. Also, they carried themselves like military men which made me relax all the way because I could trust them in my house. As a senior lady living alone, that is the most important thing. I will use them from now on.

Everything went an expected. The gentleman who took my donations were great and did a great job.

I liked that I could have items picked up and taken to worthy charities. I didn't like that I was given a specific time on the phone but then emailed a multi hour window for pick up. Thankfully the driver arrived close to the originally stated time. I didn't like that I specified that the boxes would be on the third floor and were to be pick up from there and when a got a text announcing the arrival of the driver it specified that I should bring the items to the curb to him. I didn't like that I was asked to tip before the service and would have preferred to tip after pick up.

My experience with your company was very good because you helped us to give away a worthy piece of furniture and we are helping you achieve your goals to help others in need. Your price was less than most other companies though your men had to travel a good distance to our home. We also appreciated your honesty in issuing a credit due to a mistaken double booking. Constant communication enabled an easy transfer of our furniture.

I feel I overpaid to have good items removed and eventually resold. Donations should be free, price gouging to take items is not right. Im ok with a simple pick up fee, but 400 dollars is too much.

First, you didn't show on day scheduled, I waited all day. Second, it was way too expensive.

I was very satisfied with Resupply. Their communication was great with emails verifying all information and when the truck was expected for pickup. Be sure to review their information as to what the fees are for various types of furniture, boxes, etc. and what is accepted for delivery to charity organizations and what will be disposed of for an additional fee. Call them with any questions. I had no problems. The movers carried everything out carefully and the entire process went smoothly.

This is an inexpensive but very professional way to donate large items to charaties. Great work guys fron an Air Force Veteran.
