The tool is good, has a nice clean design and can import a CV. BUT: It lost n the import 4 important skills I had to insert manually. Also the course didn't got imported and I had to add it manually. The ai to write the Profile text: it's good. also the text correction. I didn't find a way to change the skills to the left side when you have the layout on split view. The only way I found create a new empty text field an do it manually (which is saving lots of space).
If add a category on the right side I can't change the order and put it higher. Also there is pretty much just one Design where you have 3 Layouts and can choose a text color. And you cant use all empty spaces for example beside the picture. Also the Papersize of the Download is way to big: 117,6 x 166,32 cm. Also the Fields I added manually: only the first row got saved. the rest was deleted. I added 4 field with several rows. I am happy I saved the PDF in on point. But I wasnt finished - so I have to do it again?! Maybe with a different Tool...?!

(Then I paid for download. all done. and after the payment the CV was empty and no download. I had to reset 3 times my password and finally there was the CV.)

I also sent d Feedback to the company and they want to fix things.

Je vais essayer de me faire rembourser par Paypal. Je n'y comprends rien. Le site qui me demande cette somme s'appelle Fastspring. Faites attention !

Now its useless. Horrible quality + Watermark + Cant even read their own PDFs.

The product is easy to use and very straightforward. It is also extremely useful and the design allows for a lot of info to be part of just 1 page - which is great.
I had a slight hiccup with the export part of the process but in less than a heartbeat, I was helped by the dev, which made the support experience super nice.
Overall I'd definitely recommend this product/service.
