I managed to gain access and I believe she went over and above, to help me to do this.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. They have an inbuilt contract rollover and because we missed the 90 day notice period they have tied us in to another two year contract. Their customer service is appalling but unfortunately we still have to deal with them until the end of the contract. My recommendation is to serve notice immediately on signing the contract so that the contract does not roll over.
