My wife Lesley and I could not have been happier with the service provided by Susan Chessor. Susan, was very welcoming and put us at ease from the get go. She diligently explained what would happen through the process. We were updated regularly and any questions asked in person or by email were responded to in good time and answered honestly and professionally. This would have been a daunting process but through Susan's care and attention it was a 100% smooth transaction.

We've been helped all the way by Dave Long. He covered all bases, and answered all our questions....what made this experience so much easier and better, is the fact that he is a naturally friendly guy with a great sense of humour.

We couldn't have asked for anyone better than Sharon Carmichael as our financial advisor, to guide us through the process of taking out another sum of equity release. We were nervous about doing this, but having reached the stage where we needed help in maintaining our house, we realised it was the best thing to do.

Tracy James really listened to our reasons and requirements for investigating equity release on our property.
