Tracy took the time to understand our challenges and specific needs, highlighting the alternatives to ER and how we might consider them. The comparative numbers of other ER providers were helpful when making a final decision, as were the projections and impacts of making annual payments to lessen the compound interest. We did finally go down the ER route having considered a number of alternatives including downsizing.

Throughout the application process Tracy kept us informed together with actively helping resolve a special condition imposed by the lender when our solicitor was unable to.
