Initial paperwork was sent to a wrong email address. Wasted two weeks. Didn’t hear any apology. The rest process was fine. Leaving this review since kept asking for it. Sorry for not leaving a stella review but had to be honest.

Michelle was genuinely wonderful! There were some minor concerns regarding getting deed from seller, Michelle got it straightened out and championed it to the end. Will I work with Resorts Closing again? Absolutely! …and I would specifically request Michelle to handle our case. Again, thanks for the great experience!

Resort closings, Jinger Jewell, was very helpful in assisting us with our transfer. She responded in a timely fashion by phone or email whenever we needed assistance.

Everything worked very well at the end but getting information from them was like pulling teeth. It took forever to receive responses to emails, and there was no proactive attempt at letting us know when/what to expect.
