Ordered from this company but they only ship with DX for which you have to sign for in person. I have a job and sitting home all day is not an option for me, unfortunately the way they ship it doesn’t allow for the parcel to be left in a safe place. One star for making your customers stay at home when they have things to do.

I had quotes from several companies to epoxy coat our double garage at a newbuild property; these were all more than I was willing to pay so I decided to go down the DIY route with Resincoat.

Their pre-sales advice was fantastic confirming my requirements / assumptions with some good advice on crack repair preparation. I needed to do the garage in two halves as I didn't have the space to have it completely empty to do as one project. Again, good advice given on cutting in packs and how to blend the two halves.

I was a little nervous of the pot life given the expense of this product, but its more than sufficient (even for someone who's OCD causes them to faff about trying to get straight lines!). I last night finished the final coat on the final section and am really pleased with the end result. The info I read was clear that that paint would only cover the existing surface, not offer any fill or levelling which is true. There are places where I can see the crack repair I applied (largely as they're smoother than other areas). In hindsight, if doing this again I would probably use a levelling compound to give a better surface finish (not the best floor surface in our newbuild) but I need to remind myself this is a garage floor and already a million times better than it was and NO DUST, which was the main problem when we moved in.

Preparation is definitely key and I'm grateful for the advice given both in printed instructions and Q&A over live chat etc.

I used the Resincoat tanking paint to waterproof outside steps. The finish is excellent. Very tough and absolutely water tight. Follow the instructions carefully and prepare to apply the standard tin quickly as once the liquid catalyst is added it turns viscous within an hour or two. Recommended.

First time that i have used Resincoat and would not hesitate to use again. Easy to order and efficient service.Good delivery and product well packaged.Prices good also.

Used this to repair some damage to out car park.After chipping away the damaged surface we had a couple of areas each about 1m square and 5 to 10mm deep. We calculated we might need the 25kg pack but bought an extra 5kg to be sure. Unfortunately when we came to mix the three parts of the system the mixture became so stiff that we were unable to add and mix in all the sand. This meant that about 25%of the sand in both pack was unusable and we ended up not being able to fill all of the damaged ares.
The finished product however looks good and we hope that it will last a few years

Quick service and good easy to use product

Definitely a job for two however the cooler weather helped to slow the curing time. If done according to the instructions the finished product looks great. Could have done with more primer otherwise a great product with all tools supplied. Clearly they have listened to customers as there was sufficient gloves for two people for each coat. Would definitely recommend

The technical help desk were knowledgeable and patient, they advised me on quantities and materials for my project.
My only criticism is the charge for delivery £84 when some other companies deliver for free after a certain amount spent.
The products seem good quality, time will tell.

Easy to order and the coverage they state is spot on. Easy to apply but I would recommend using a roller for ease. Looks great and saves a lot of money if you’re getting a tradesman to do it!

Your product delivery company sent us a message that they hadn't been able to deliver and in fat no-one even came to the house. We have cameras so would have at least seen the van pull up outside, even if they hadnt come to the door..

I don't normally write reviews, as skeptical of authenticity.
However, my neighbour recommended Resincoat for my garden fences and gates. We applied it yesterday, and i'd have to say, it was easy to apply and covered very well, considerably better than the products previously purchased from traditional DIY suppliers. My only negative comment, is that as the front garden now looks considerably better that the rear, I am being pressured by my good lady to do the same to the rear fence panels!!!

Using resin coat primer and top coat. I haven’t used this company before but I’m very impressed.. ordering was easy but make sure you choose the correct base coat and non slip top coat if you need it. Delivery was quick and well packed with helpful instructions on application. If I was doing a large job again I would order 2.5 litre units as it is less stressful to apply a smaller amount in one mix then just make another when you are ready to do some more this avoids the product setting in your paint tray before you have used it all. Throw away rollers and cut in brushes, use a protective sheet under the mixing area and watch for drips and splashes as you work they could mark paving etc. The finished product is very good and appears tough so we shall see…

In comments on the order form, I asked the courier to leave the Resincoat in a safe place. Resincoat emailed by return to say they’d only do this if I accepted responsibility so I emailed back and said it was fine. The delivery failed because I wasn’t at home when the parcel arrived so I haven’t received anything yet!
Most companies have twigged that there isn’t a ‘housewife’ at every address just waiting for deliveries.

The order was delivered on time. This was a time sensitive product for us. Unfortunately the item was damaged and had to be returned.
