I found JD travel through Facebook. Prompt replying to my messages & answered any questions or concerns I had regarding hotel.
Upon check in to my hotel I experienced some issues with my booking & Johanna was so quick to respond & help. I will be forever thankful for that day!
I will never use any other agent I was so happy with service.

I would highly recommend JD Travel for all your holiday quotes and bookings. When booking our family holiday, I couldn’t decide where to go, but Jo was incredibly patient, thorough, and provided a wide range of deals for different types of holidays across Europe.
Jo covered absolutely everything I asked for to suit our family’s needs. She was always quick to respond to messages and made me feel completely at ease when I finally decided which holiday to go for.
Not only did Jo find us the perfect holiday, she found it at the best price too — a deal we simply couldn’t turn down!

Booked with Jo in march to go to lanzarote. (Last minute) my fault but the service Jo provided was incredible, just done the same again and booked another last minute holiday,

Great service from Jo, she answers messages really quickly, providing a very fast and professional service. I haven't booked with Jo yet, as we are planning a big family holiday next year, and trying to find the perfect destination for a large family, but Jo is always happy to answer questions and provide different quotes, so when we agree on something, we will definitely book with Jo.
I have booked two holidays with Jd Travel and have been happy with the service on both occasions, she has added discounts to both to get me a good price and was very patient with changing things and confirming things with my husband before booking. She has booked holidays for me before starting the business and always researched and put together itineraries for complex holidays to make it easier for me to manage. I haven’t had any problems with holidays she’s sorted for me previously and have faith that all bookings in future will also run smoothly.
I have recently been on a holiday to Poland booked by Johanna (jd travel) she added activities on for the whole weekend and we had a brilliant time, everything run smoothly. The hotel she chose for us was brilliant and I would definitely go back.
