Commercial potential never overrides a legal, contractual, building or safety restriction. Our property assessment process begins with basic information about the property, followed by a review of its suitability, condition, local demand and any obvious restrictions. Promising properties may then progress to an inspection and more detailed due diligence before the rent, term, use and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
