The team at Resi were simply brilliant and held my hand throughout every step from initial idea through to planning approval and getting through all of the red tape such as structural, drainage and tree surveys. Always responsive and proactive I can’t thank Ulker, Em, Ben and Jack enough for their help and support. I am a complete novice at this and they have been invaluable.

Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the third flat I wanted to build in a small development I built 25 years ago. I would definitely use this company again.

Another Great experience using Resi, Both Nick and Alberto have been brilliant, great communication , their knowledge and experience really does get the right results . Very impressed by the results with a Lawful certificate being issued. I will definitely be using Resi again .

If you don't have capacity to spend hours researching suppliers and processes then we highly recommend using Resi - they help keep things moving and anticipate requirements at every step. We began in November and wanted to start building in the summer months and couldn't have maintained the rate of progress that Resi could offer ourselves with busy jobs and family life. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been friendly and knowledgeable.

Our only critique is that it's not always clear what is 'final'. When discussing initial plans we were told details such as glazing, exterior finish etc were illustrative and could be selected later, however these drawings were then used as the basis for the technical drawings and planning permission without another opportunity for review. In our case we hadn't decided between a juliet balcony or a large picture window in our loft conversion, which obviously impacts weight-bearing structure etc. We suggest the team adds a 'check-in' step beforehand with a handy ticklist. Otherwise it has been a seamless process.

The design team in Resi, took our ideas and turned it into a sleek and functional structure. Jack was very patient and listened to us , and redesigned the plan to accommodate our views. He is very professional, friendly, and kept us informed at every stage of the process.

Bene has been amazing so far for our journey with Resi. She’s so friendly and helpful, has the patience of Saint with the amount of questions and changes we had to our design but cannot be more grateful for every thing she has done for us so far!

Talking with Jamie within the new projects department was fantastic! He was professional, patient, and courteous at every interaction and really helped us in the early stages of our project.

While we didn't use Resi for our project, his consultation and guidance deserves to be acknowledged!

Efficient, Digital oriented, fast communication, and willingness to work through solutions. TBH it's hard to find fault so far.

Deeply disappointing. Errors with architectural drawings. Mistakes with mapping of pipes. Excrutiatingly slow replies when we need corrections.

In the first phase of our works (loft extension), we were able to just about get away with some of the things Resi didn't get right, but during the second phase of work (rear extension) this has become a real problem. Incorrect drawings have meant delays as we have to suddenly get new party wall agreements because we're closer to our neighbours than expected. This means delays. Incorrect pipe mapping means we're having to pay the engineers AGAIN to redraw the design of the foundations for ground floor. This also means delays. And all of this is costing us thousands in additional costs as along with new engineering drawings, we're also still paying for a skip that we can't use whilst all works are paused. We don't have heating. Our back wall is missing. A tarpaulin covers most of the garden. And it seems they've simply not bothered to reply to the engineer emails sent at the start of this week. I'm deeply frustrated and have gone from thinking Resi was a decent (but not inexpensive) way to do these kind of works and find good builders, to wanting to warn people away. Such a shame.

Both Jack and Catherine were very responsive and helpful in getting my planning permission quickly. Jack helped me think through the best solutions and Catherine liaised closely with the planning authority. Thanks both!

This is our first time planning an extension, and Resi have been invaluable at helping us to ensure everything is planned, and lined up ready to go. The builders they put us in touch with have been really professional, and the platform is also very helpful to keep track of all the key documents.

Before starting this I had absolutely no idea how much work – and how many stakeholders – are involved before you even get to the build stage. The Resi team made the whole process much clearer and far less stressful from day one.

A special mention to Heather, who answered all our questions and gave us the confidence that Resi was the right partner to help us navigate the council and planning process. She played a big part in us deciding to go ahead with Resi.

A special thank you as well to Ulker (the most patient architect with our many changes of heart), Jack from Resi Connect, Kavek our account manager, Danielle who guided us through planning, and Andrew who somehow manages to send helpful emails even on Sundays.

The platform itself is excellent and very easy to use. Everything is in one place — tenders, drawings, key documents, uploads etc. — so there’s no digging through endless email threads. The shared inbox also makes it really easy to keep everyone aligned, including my partner.

Resi Connect is another really useful feature, giving access to vetted partners and specialists which saved a lot of time trying to find trustworthy professionals ourselves.

When we first researched options for our extension design and planning drawings, Resi weren’t the cheapest (though definitely not expensive either), but in hindsight they’re genuinely great value for the level of support you get. Having experienced professionals available to guide you through planning permission, technical drawings and all the steps before building starts makes a huge difference.

Resi are a fantastic partner to have — with the architectural expertise, planning knowledge and network you need to navigate the process confidently.

A genuinely great team to work with and we’re very grateful for all the help along the way. If we ever do another extension project, I’d happily work with Resi again.

I'm a super busy Father of 3 and very time poor!

Resi have been so helpful in educating me how to budget, understand how renovations work and getting back to me on all my questions, concerns and managing expectations along the way.

I'm celebrating successfully getting my planning permission which feels like a huge milestone to achieve!! There is still a long way to go, but I know I have Resi to support me, which gives me so much comfort.

Carleton at Resi has produced drawings for the purpose of obtaining planning approval. I am very pleased with the design. It was easy to work with Carleton, as he was very responsive to my ideas and concerns. I felt he was bringing a lot of expertise to bear on my design, and he was friendly and patient. I am very pleased with the service provided by Resi, and I will continue to work with Resi towards construction of my extension.

I have been engaged with Jamie over the past 8 months with regards to a loft conversion in the Borough of Richmond. Jamie was superb throughout - offering up countless calls and intros across the business. Of particular use was a call with Jack from the planning team. I would highly recommend Resi, they are prepared to think outside the box, guide you through challenging designs and local planning regulations and most importantly they are very personable.

Resi helped and guided us through what turned out to be a fairly simple planning and design process and helped us gain the Council planning permission we needed successfully. Highly recommend this group for your next extention.

I was slightly skeptical about the 'online' approach but I have been extremely impressed by our interactions with the team, their efficiency, amazing local knowledge and thrilled with the positive outcome. I would thoroughly recommend them and they are a far more cost effective solution than the alternatives.

From start to finish of our project RESI has been there with us, advising, suggesting, supporting.

Their professionalism and technical knowledge is superb.

Our architect, Pedro was a great communicator. We had limited house footprint to play with and we wanted a lot! Pedro's greatest asset beyond his imagination and technical expertise was that he listened to our wishes and our ideas taking them on, both creative and practical. We were losing garage storage space in the re-build, but Pedro has found room to replace quite a bit of that. We are now in the house and are daily pleased with the quality space that has been created; friends, family and importantly, neighbours, are very impressed with what has been achieved. And our builder was also very impressed with how Pedro used the space available. We have gone from having the worst house in the street to one of the best!

We wanted the build to be as eco-friendly as possible and include heat pump, solar panels and battery. RESI worked with us on this. Ben in particular was very helpful sounding board, and his detailed building regs drawings were very helpful in getting our 1970s house as efficient as possible.

RESI were a great in helping us find a builder. There was no pressure to select one of those builders and the advice we got was impressive. The builder we used actually was a RESI builder and we were not disappointed. The contract support we had from Sam – his thorough assessment of quotes, attention to detail and then ensuring the contract was fit for purpose was incredibly helpful.

We project managed our build with the timely assistance of Ben in helping us make our decisions, guiding our responses to the builder's questions. His technical knowledge and ability to communicate that in plain English was invaluable. This post design support was incredibly impressive; I really don't think we could have done it without that help.

The planning team, and Catherine in particular, were also very helpful - we had one or two issues with our local Planners but their knowledge of the system and how to speak to the planners was very helpful indeed.
Louice also has been with us for most of the project, supporting and coordinating and keeping us informed which has been very helpful.

You can probably guess that we would have no problem in recommending RESI.

RESI have taken a lot of time and trouble to create a customer journey that removes the stress and offers really good advice at key points in the process. Everyone in the team are super helpful and have great experience. Our designer listened to our requirements and made amendments to maximise the use of our space. Jack Brigden who was helping us when we got to building control and builder quote stage was very helpful and gave great advice. Its not a cheap process to extend your house these days but I would recommend this team 100%
