Don’t use this company. They don’t reply to emails WhatsApp or they never answer the phone!!!
I ordered a vertical blind slimline vogue headrail and it was supposed to take 10days delivery but took over 4weeks!! That would have been okay if it had been made correctly but the top hooks don’t slide to the end so the blind slats don’t slide together properly. I knew it was pointless trying to contact them about the problem as the DO NOT REPLY. So after paying over £75 I have a headrail that’s no good!!!

They email u after days to reply with fake tracking numbers avoid im now going to bank for refund

Amazing company fantastic product and nothing to much trouble when we needed to order more chain, happy to oblige and send out with no quibble. Definitely will use this company again and recommend to anyone

Really great cost effective way to upgrade existing blinds without the expense. I had 7 diff length measurements for my window slats with differing amounts.
The online order calculator worked out my requirements perfectly.
The order was produced and delivered very quickly.
When it arrived everything was boxed well, all items were of good quality, to the correct dimensions with all appropriate weights and chains.
It took me approx an hr to fit every window with the Hampton Beach Cove blind slats.
Everything is a perfect fit for my existing blind fittings and the colour texture make a really nice contrast with s natural colour wall paint.
I highly recommend RYB to anyone who may have any doubts.

Second time customer. The first time I was missing some weights which was quickly sorted and then I made a mistake with the measurements which they spotted and contacted me about and rectified with no hassle. Great communication and friendly.

Really happy with the blinds I ordered. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great for what you pay. They arrived on time and were easy to put up, and they look really good in the room.

Impossible to contact. AI not does not work. Phone not working. Email bounced back (does not receive incoming mail). Order not received. Communication non existent. Will now have to go through bank to try and get my money back

I was able to speak to a gentleman called Gill who gave me a lot of good advice which helped as it can be quite stressful choosing blinds. It is nice to speak to someone rather than just complete on line.

I have just finished hanging the replacement vertical blind slats and very happy with them they are spot on with the measurements, the only reason for four stars is that I waited a while longer than expected but after phoning they were delivered promptly, I think from what I was told that they were setting up a new computer system. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Update.
The company did come back to me and gave me some tips on how to get the blinds working . It was quite difficult but after trying for a couple of days , I do now have working blinds.
It is not something I should have had to do . They should have been sent in a working condition. However I am grateful the company did resolve the issue
Please take note of the negative reviews and do not use this company. The head rail they sent me would not work. The blinds would not rotate. I emailed but had no response. The web site says the phone lines are down and the live chat does not work.

ROB YOU BLIND !!!!!!!!RYB Don’t use this company, supplied the wrong colour blinds, never answers the calls unless you ring 700 times, I was told it’s tough that the colours wrong by the lady in the office, small company trying to look big but clearly can’t handle even a small order, stay well clear of these people

Ordered samples for blinds on 24 Oct haven't received them all though stating next day delivery,tried to phone today phone keeps ringing then goes to music then says phone number not recognisable.

I have been trying to contact this company regarding our order and we can’t get through to them at all, I have emailed twice, no response, tried there live chat which is more than useless as the bot doesn’t even understand the pre populated responses and called two different telephone number for them and never get answered, all I want to know is when I can expect it to be delivered !! Not a difficult question

Great service got exactly what I ordered good quality cannot fault the blinds or overall experience and would highly recommend.

I ordered 30 replacement vertical slats (only needed 28). Whilst putting them up noticed some marking on most of them in similar area. Notified RYB with pics. they said they could only see 8 of them affected and would replace. I told them there are more but they dont seem to want to answer my messages. Havent supplied any returns option

I ordered 200 blind weights for my mum who lives in Birmingham. The delivery address was Birmingham. I haven’t opened the box yet so I can’t comment on the contents but they have arrived to my home address in Hampshire.
I will now have to post these to my mum at my own expense.
What is the point of offering a delivery address when it is just ignored?

I understand mistakes are made and once I contacted the company they apologised and offered a discount to cover the cost of postage. This was very swiftly and amicably dealt with. I would like to thank them for the genuine concern and response.

I strongly recommend this Company. I ordered replacement slats and they came very quickly. Fantastic quality and the measurements were perfect. Very reasonably priced and excellent value for money. Thank you so much for providing an all round excellent service.
