Con artists!!! do not trust this company, please, i think all the positive reviews must be fake!! they took my money and after months and months and months of delays, nothing materialised, im still trying to get my money back! dont give them any money please or you will end up like me!!

Really pleased with the quality of the windows and the service received from all concerned at Ambassador. Starting from the initial Salesperson, Office staff, the team that came to fit our 6 windows and particularly Dylan who battled through one of the hottest days of the year.
The only reason why a 5* rating wasn't given was because of the attitude and rudeness of the owner Gareth in asking for the balance.

From the initial call the service has been amazing. Mike who came out to see me and measure the windows was really friendly and professional. The quote for all my windows to be replaced was the best out of all the companies I contacted. But it’s not just the price the quality of their work is very good. I think I waited 3 weeks from quote to fitting and I can honestly say they left my flat cleaner than when they went in. A tiny bit of plaster has broken off when pulling out window sills which is to be expected (in fact I was expecting to have to redecorate every room) they came back the next day and someone checked all the work thoroughly and filled the gaps where the plaster had come away. I can 100% recommend Ambassador Windows. Top marks for price, customer service and quality of work.

Wanted a large bathroom window taking out, bricking up for a smaller window. The quality of the window itself was good but they left an unfinished window?
I was asked if I wanted the plastering doing, but due to renovating the whole bathroom I didnt see the point for plastering the wall.
However, after they left and we looked at the work, they didnt even finish the whole window. Left a complete side open?? WTF??
Needless to say, I didnt call them back and when I had my new front door I used a completely different local company.

Prompt arrival for a quote. They temporarily fixed a window that was damaged until the new ones were fitted.
I was overseas for the fitting date. They were happy to continue with the work, which was a huge help to me.
Installation fabulous and took care of all old windows, cleaned everything up.
I would definitely highly recommend.

We had two new porch doors fitted , the fitters were very friendly and helpful and explained what they would be doing to remove the old doors and fit the new ones .they have done an excellent job in very poor weather conditions, and they removed all the rubbish and left everything tidy . Would definitely recommend them excellent service great team 👍

A customer now for nine years, originally on good terms. Initially they built our conservatory, it was well
constructed but rattled in strong winds, a few visits later a loose panel was discovered and tightened. I made no complaint because it was a simple oversight and the quality was otherwise very good. When tightening the bolts the fitter fell off his ladder, bruised himself and smashed our large flower pot. I made no complaint as it was an accident.

Next they replaced all our soffits and guttering to a high standard. They later replaced our wooden garage door with upvc. As with the two previous jobs I paid in full, online and within ten minutes of the fitters departure. Our dealings with the proprietor had always been very cheery and pleasent, however things were beginning to change.

They next fitted double upvc doors to our newly constructed summer house. I built this for my wife as she had been diagnosed with bowel cancer at the same time as Covid emerged. Three years of hospitals and chemotherapy followed, so I
wanted her summer house to be perfect for her. As soon as we could afford it, Ambassador fitted it with upvc doors. As the fitters were leaving I phoned to enquire the final cost so as to pay immediately as had always been my custom, however the lady asked for a £20 surcharge for my debit card payment or go the seventeen miles to their office to pay in cash, which I believe is illegal. I protested that hitherto my card had been accepted without fuss or charge, she eventually relented.

I recently requested a quote for upvc windows to complete my wife's summer house. Following receipt of their quotation, we twice made a change of window design. Their final estimate arrived and it was higher than we had anticipated. As we are pensioners with savings heavily depleted having had to augment my wife's NHS treatment with private, I
politely asked for the invoice to be itemised, NOT reduced. I realise this caused them some inconvenience, but considering this was the fifth time we had employed them without previously making changes or querying the cost and
had always paid promptly and never complained about the loose conservatory roof or charged for the smashed flower pot, I assumed they would show us the same forbearance. Their emailed response was brief and churlish, saying that their price is fixed and good luck with getting a quote elsewhere.

When the fitter arrived he said he was alone, however a young lad eventually showed up and promptly entered our conservatory, walking across our lovely long haired rug in his working boots and began to slide open the door to our lounge. We stopped him just in time, whereupon he asked to use our toilet. Regrettably this had to be declined because on the express instructions of my wife's oncologist, due to her being immunosuppressed, even friends and family may only be entertained outside in the garden and must not use our toilet. None the less we plied them both with tea as has always been our custom.

When the fitter departed, having done the usual brilliant job, I immediately went on line and made payment, I then went to re-hang both our vertical blinds, only to discover that two of the small screws, one of each retain one rail to one of the two brackets, had been removed for some reason. I phoned Ambassador to request the fitter to return them but was told that no one was available and she would ring me back, this didn't happen. I rang the following day and was put through to a man, his response was to ask why would they remove these screws as it seemed unnecessary, I replied
that I had no idea either and I suggested he contact the fitter as he must have them to which he snapped aggressively "I'll call you back in seven minutes" slamming the phone down as the last word left his mouth. Unsurprisingly that was the last I ever heard from him or his appalling company. I will never use or recommend them again.

So in conclusion, you will get a good job done by this company, but it seems to be under different management who will treat you as
if they are doing you a favour by accepting your custom, and not the other way round as is customary.

We have recently had an orangery extension built by Ambassador.
Excellent value for money .Building excelled expectation.Whole team were extremely efficient and helpful .Special thank you to Andrew who oversaw the work .We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Over the years ambassador windows renewed 4 houses with windows, doors etc. With impeccable results. As an example of aftercare I had a problem with one window gear which was installed 9 years and 10 months ago. They attended and renewed the gear without question today. The best!

Fascia, gutters, soffits replaced December 2020. So far they've been back 7 times to replace and correct faults, one being no vents put back in causing condensation in the loft, insulation and wiring all damp! Patch made outside kitchen window, very unsightly replaced, Patch was done because it would be a mornings work. That's since been redone. Patio door would not open, been back, replaced etc, etc. Sunny day last week, could not open other side of patio door now! Filler is over 1 inch thick stopping door opening back. Rang Friday am, 26 Feb to advise, followed by email to say not happy about continued disruption, mess left from sanding plastic shavings and inconvenience. Asked if 8 return visits in 2 months is acceptable? Today, 4 March still not heard back or anyone arrive to fix yet again. Sadly, very disappointed with work, workmen are nice friendly people. We paid £500 extra over other quote we had from a reputable company and used Ambassador because they could install before Xmas. How we wish we'd waited and saved the additional £500 paid and constant revisits. Not happy at all therefore would not recommend.

from start to finish I was treated with respect . and they took time to explain everything to me, as a senior person we need a little extra care, and I certainly received it . the fitters were exceptional and answered everything I asked, the work done was to a standard I can certainly recommend them 100% . big thankyou. We employed this company in October 2014 to replace the top of an existing conservatory and other works , some plastering and to clad the soffits/replace guttering. We had been initially pleased with the quote and were looking forward to having the work completed . At £9000 it was quite a large outlay for us. The workforce duly arrived and started work , there was no continuity of workmen , some came one day some another , there didn’t seem to be anyone overall in charge. The job on the conservatory was completed first , then the guttering and it was clear to us after inspection , that the guttering was very poorly done and we complained to the company who were not best pleased. They took the whole thing down and replaced everything , dragging the time frame to almost five weeks before completion.
The owners son was verbally abusive when we complained but the work was put right and we brushed it off as inexperience and immaturity on his behalf.
We would not recommend Ambassador

We have today had some remedial work done on a small conservatory roof which started leaking over bank holiday during the heavy rain. The guys this morning have done us proud and we are happy to highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

Today we had a composite door and a back door fitted, I can not highly recommended these guys enough, no hard sale and true to their word and a great price, the fitters were professional throughout the whole process, we had one issue during the day and the owner drove out to the house and rectified it there and then. If your looking for a real company that cares then these are the guys. I am so pleased with the workmanship we are having more work done.
