I was upgraded to level 2 tech to get my printer working via Bluetooth. Tech advised that the resort wifi was blocking the connection & I had to use my phone as a Hotspot. Over 2 hrs & finally worked. Tech also said he was cleaning my laptop. After this service my PC crashed 2x & lost info I was working on before I could save it. They are NOT to be trusted as you don't know what they are doing when they take over your PC. I Do Not Recommend

I was very skeptical as to who they were, as initial contact came when HP printer would not scan. In the end, after many conversations I decided to use them for repairs and more importantly for malicious virus, scams, etc.for all my devices.
Tech skills, etc seems to be very good, language, as is too often, was a problem.

They are scammers. Disconnect your WiFi immediately and have your computer checked by a technician. Do not let them repair or pay them a fee

New HP printer would only partially work. The HP AI support chat sent a link to outside technical help. The first outside help contact connected me to a 'more technical' second contact, RepairTech365.
Repair Tech worked my computer over for a couple of hours. They said our WiFi router was installed with an unprotected IP address. The vulnerable address left our wifi network open to all kinds of infections on all our connected TVs,TV, phones, connected printers and computers. Over the past couple of years in fact our internet provider and Amazon Prime hreatened to cut service because our wifi network was throwing too much garbage back to them. So I believed Repairtechs story. They put us onto a high powered virus software that they claim is much better than the Malwarebytes protection we had.
We'll see how it goes. This fix wasn't cheap.

I am not sure this company is legit or not. My HP printer wasn't working and went to HP online to fix. They had AI walk me through the fix that didnt really work. The AI told me that they will give this to a technician from outside HP. The called cleaned up my printer and fixed what they say was blocking the computer compatibilty with the printer. They shared my compuer using a hp link that I had used many times prior. However I have a very uneasy feeling about this. Will write a review after this. BTW as I write this I have flsh notices my printer is down and need to be fixed. Feeling totally helpless
