Very disappointing experience with Rentifa.
Before booking, I specifically asked about the model year and was told in writing that the car would be 2024 or newer. My voucher was for a Peugeot 3008, but in Izmir I received a 2020 Opel Grandland X with over 126,000 km, and the car was delivered dirty and with almost no fuel.
I contacted Rentifa several times during the rental and asked them to resolve the issue, but no satisfactory solution was provided.
Based on my experience, the service I received did not match the information given to me before booking.
I had a great experience with this car rental agency. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The people who delivered and picked up the car, were very kind and helpful throughout the process. The car was in great condition, and everything was exactly as promised. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely rent from this agency again. Highly recommended!
I’ve rented a car from Rentifa five or six times, and every experience has been excellent. Their WhatsApp communication is fast and reliable, and they’re available 24/7 to answer any questions. They don’t have a counter at the airport, but they meet you there and deliver the car directly to you, making the whole process easy and convenient.

It was a great, smooth and easy experience from the very start and getting the car from the IST to dropping off the car at the airport. This was my third time with rentifa and will definitely try again.
It was a good experience, I recommend them. They are respectful. The only downside is that their delivery service seemed a bit expensive to me. But overall, they are a good and reliable company.

They had a very professional team. From the moment I booked the car, the support person was following up on everything. As soon as I arrived at the airport, the car was ready and the entire delivery process was done very smoothly within 5 minutes. When I returned, the car was delivered within a few minutes.
Everything was well organized.
I’ve rented a car through Rentifa twice and both experiences were fine. About six months ago I rented a Renault Clio in Antalya and more recently I rented a Fiat Egea in Izmir.
Everything was well organized , and the pickup and return process went exactly as planned. I also appreciated their support, they were always quick to respond.
We get a Toyota Yaris for Istanbul and that was one of the best experiences we had…
