They held on to my items until my building works finished - most happy

Unfortunately the customer service team is below par.

They are slow to respond and have a poor attitude when you finally manage to speak to them. More training is needed.

The bath, when it eventually arrived had a series of small scuffs, but we were happy to accept this as we really didn't want to go through the hassle of getting back in touch with their customer care team.

Overall, the product is good, however the buying experience was not good and little or nothing was done to help with this when the issue was raised.

Although the price we paid for our bath was competitive, I would not recommend using them and will not be using them again.

Everything was good, however I think a choice of delivery to the room of your choice should be offered as The radiators are very very heavy.

Amazing fireplace. Tool a chance ordering as not sure what it would look like in real life but am thrilled with it. Would have paid full price happily but on sale even better bonus. Delivery delayed but this down to mistake by delivery company but in the end they were really helpful. All in all great experience

I bought a solid oak fireplace surround online from Renaissance Radiators. I asked questions over the phone before I ordered and these were answered in detail. The item arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I am really pleased with the quality of the item and it looks fantastic in my living room. Exactly what I wanted and a very reasonable price. I have recently bought a cast iron bath and radiator from Renaissance Radiators, and I can't recommend them more. The quality is amazing at a price that I don't think can be matched - I did a lot of research! When I had made my order, there was a small mistake - my fault - that was very easily corrected by one quick phone call. The company stayed in touch via email and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The bath is so beautiful (and comfortable) with solid brass taps and waste that are things of beauty in themselves! The radiator is the old-fashioned square type, and when it was delivered to the road outside our new house, all the neighbours came out to admire it - and sit on it! I know it is going to be a beautiful feature in our new sitting room. Huge thanks for a lovely service and beautiful products. I couldn't be happier!
