This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. This company is a total scam. They lead you on for months blaming you postal service for sending your product back which is absolutely a lie. They give you non-existent tracking numbers to boot. If I see any of their ads I’m gonna warn everyone. To bet it all they go for the elderly…

If I could give it no stars I would. They are complete scammers operating under multiple shell companies. The worse news is that Facebook knows this and is allowing them to remain active. Who wants to join me in a Class Action lawsuit naming both this company and Facebook as defendants?

Complete scammers. I bought a WUBEN flashlight which is a nice compact metal flashlight from them. They delivered this cheap flimsy plastic flashlight that had missing functions and super poor quality. When I complained they assured me that's how it works. When I highlighted it was not the product I ordered but a cheap copy they offered me $3 back. Luckily i had PayPal coverage and a refund is in the works. In parallel i order a second WUBEN flashlight directly from the company and it's a night and day difference.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, everyone is exactly correct.No product,fake shipping / tracking label. Said it got delivered on doorstep that is false.No customer service. I wish the bee keeper would take care of this company.

Do not order seeds from remaindert.com it’s a scam it’s based out of Chicago not what there website says we just ordered 1000 seeds for 31.98 it’s just a tiny tiny bag of dead plants all shredded up some maybe look like seeds but they are all dead that was a waste of money don’t order off of social media advertising

Have same issue as others. Ordered it and never received a package. Poor communication and no money back. Total scam company. Do not buy anything from them!

Total scammers and con artists offered me a 5.00 refund on a 75.00 purchase unbelievable.

My brain temporarily left my body, and I ordered wildflower seeds from their social media post back in February. I have asked for a refund 3 times since then. Yesterday I received a mailer from the USDA, stating "Unknown Propagative Material - Prohibited Material Removed and Destroyed". So they sent seeds that were not allowed to enter the US. I have asked again for a refund. HAHAHAHA

Placed order in Feb., been strung along for months, still not received product 6/11. multiple emails with false/ no detail tracking info/ I can only assume at this point it is a SCAM

Ordered in Feb, 4 months later item is a no show without any communication from company. When I reached out to ask about the order, they advised they could only give partial refund. No customer service here!!

ZERO stars - Nothing but a SCAM!

Total bs! I never got the seeds I ordered and it’s been MONTHS! I have been talking to customer service and they have been leading me on. Just got an email from them today and they said I’d get a refund AFTER the remove the shipping cost AND after they remove the product cost. What does that even leave for a refund?? Don’t do it!

If I could rate this company a 0 I would! They are SCAMMERS!!!! Do not give them your money! I ordered the seeds and never received them. When I contacted the "support line" they kept telling me I needed to track the item and the tracking link did not work!

This company appears to be a SCAM. Do not recommend them at all. After numerous requests for updates, refund, or new shipment, I am quitting after 77 days of waiting for something to happen. I'm giving up. Total runaround. Wish I had read the review prior to ordering.

SCAMMER!
After several months of almost daily updates on tracking, my seeds went radio silent. The communication back and forth with the "company" was shady at best. Grammatical errors, weird sentence structures, highly unprofessional. Once I received my seeds which supposedly are "high quality and from ITALY", HA! I basically received potpourri. I've attempted to germinate one small bag of seeds (supposedly 1000) and only a handful have sprouted. SUCH A SCAM.

I'd like to give less than one star. Not only did I not receive my seeds, but when I wrote to them, they asked for MORE MONEY to replace the item. Shame on me for trusting. Be careful out there!

Ordered seeds on February 27, 2025. Still have not arrived, despite multiple messages showing their supposed progress from ITALY to Oklahoma City. Despite contacting them many times, including a request for cancellation and refund, and threatening to report them, all I got was excuses and assurances that the order was on its way. Last one said tracking company was wrong about the tracking number and sent a new one. It showed the package in CHINA!!! Challenged them, got another false assurance, followed by a notification that they might not respond to further contacts as the were maybe on a "rest break." Nothing since then (almost a month ago). Guess I've been "had." Why does Facebook allow this???
Beware Remaindert, AND Trendlift, Which is apparently the SAME scam, as I ordered a T-shirt in support of National Parks and "Made in and shipped from the USA," and just got exactly the same update, showing that it was coming from ITALY.

Complete scam. It's been 2 months and they refuse to refund me. Keep giving me same answer when I ask for refund. Stay away
