This company is a scam. They sent me underwear with a sticker can not return if opened. I wrote to them and said I wouldon't open them and wanted to return them. They said no problem open them to try. I did. The issue is they do not work at all. I put a few drops of water on them to test absorbancy... It just beaded up not absorbed at all.
I wrote again and they offered me 15% of my $100+ purchase price back. They do not even tell you this is a Chinese product. All lies. Beware you will be cheated big time.

I recommend double-checking sizing carefully before placing an order. In my experience, the system allowed me to add an item, but it did not default to the correct size, which resulted in receiving the wrong product. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could receive the correct size by paying an additional $14. At that point, the original "promotion" no longer felt like a true deal, as the added cost brought the total back up. While I take responsibility for not catching the error, I believe there is shared responsibility on the company's side. Improving the ordering system and offering a more customer-focused resolution would go a long way.

Customer service exceptionally poor. Support contacted over non- delivery . Conflicting reports over delivery time frame , to now be told they were delivered weeks ago but delivery company has only now updated the items status . No delivery attempted . Requesting refund - still waiting to hear back from company. Don’t buy or have any dealings with this company!

Purchased their 5 pair of incontinence underwear. Got them quickly. Put a pair on before bed. Had to change in the middle of the night. By the time I got up this morning, they were soaked through again.
